Summary
Airachnid stumbles upon the Autobot base upon the crumbling of Dark mount, only to be face to face with her former conjunx. Her former mind control having worn off, she rushes for him, happy to see him after so many eons. Arcee stops her and Wheeljack's past is quickly revealed. Forced to earn his conjunx back, Wheeljack feels the physical affects of what he'd emotionally done to his conjunx.
Within a week of joining the Autobots, Shockwaves experiments on Airachnid, now back to Lyra. Her armor sloughs off, her exposed joints and extremities begin to grow muscle and skin, her pupils return, and the traits of her other parent show through, her body changing in ways only only two other bots could predict; Wheeljack and Ratchet. As her body changes, Wheeljack slowly earns his way back into her spark.
