Summary
Sethos had seen deities of all kinds before. He’d seen them twisted, contorted, monstrous; beautiful, elegant, otherworldly; he’d seen them plain and human, ordinary to the unknowing, untrained eye.
But he’d never met one that felt so wholly uninterested in being seen at all.
Or: Sethos is a Temple Guardian, grandson of the Sanctum's leader. Wanderer is a forgotten deity in the forbidden grounds, unused to being worshipped.
