Summary
After escaping Gotham with Scarlet, Red Hood hadn't been seen in Gotham for well over a year. Quite frankly, Jason had intended to keep things that way. That is... until he heard through the grapevine that Joker had gotten Red Robin. That the Bats had stuck the bird in Arkham afterwards. It takes some digging- and he doesn't get much, but whatever's happened, Red Robin is in the medical wing rather than the high security. It's just... unacceptable. He doesn't know what he's going to find. Doesn't know if he's on a rescue mission, or going to be performing a mercy kill. But he's not leaving Tim Drake in Arkham... and the Joker doesn't get to survive brutalizing a second Robin.
Tim decides that if he has to live it, he's going to own it.
