Summary
Dick frowns, grabbing Roy’s chin and tilting his head to examine it. The skin isn’t split, luckily, but it looks like there are a few broken capillaries. “We’ll have to get some ice on that.”
“You ever play sexy nurse for anyone else, or am I just lucky?”
“We all have field medic training,” Dick says, “Usually Alfred does this kind of thing, but since I’m benched, I gave him the night off.”
“Lucky me,” Roy grins roguishly, “I doubt Alfred would have such a tender bedside manner.”
“Careful,” Dick says, picking up Roy’s hand, “You wouldn’t want anyone to hear you disparage Alfred’s good name.”
“That’s the only reason I should be careful?” Roy asks.
