   Summary

   A college junior, Will has been with Carlton for about a year. He knows that he will always have some amount of feelings for Mike, but he also knows that Mike is straight. He has begun to lock away these feelings, settling into what he sees as a stable domestic life with his boyfriend.

   Except one day, Will discovers that Carlton has been cheating on him, and they break up, leading to Will on Mike's doorstep, in need of somewhere to stay while he puts together the fragmented pieces of his life.

   Shortly after, he comes down with a flu-like illness. After a week, with one particularly rough night, Mike brings Will to the ER, searching for answers. Will is diagnosed with HIV, and must now face his own mortality and learn to enjoy the life he has been given. Mike struggles with his growing romantic affections with his best friend, knowing that Will had a crush on him back in Hawkins, but it seems like Mike has missed his shot now, Will having clearly moved on.

   Will Mike get his shit together and make a move before it really is too late?
