Fire Spirit held a bouquet against his chest, flying quickly through the air above the forest. He didn't wanna burn the place down by going through it. He had found some pretty flowers while hanging in the sidelines of a concert, and he thought, "Hey! I'll bring some to Windy!!" and he did just that!!
Fire Spirit eventually found a good clearing through the trees, flying through to actually be in the forest. Also cause he spotted the one he was looking for all this time, Wind Archer!! Wind Archer was sitting against a tree looking quite tired. Fire Spirit landed in front of him, smiling. "Heyyyy Wind Archer!!" He called out.
Wind Archer perked up, noticing Fire Spirit. He smiled softly and stood up. "Hey, Fire Spirit.. what brings you here today?" The forest guardian asked, walking closer. "Ohh, y'know.. just got you a little somethin!" Fire Spirit spoke with a stupid little smile, holding out his little bouquet, eyes closed in a proper fashion.
Wind Archer looked down at it, and his body froze. What used to be flowers were now charred, most petals having fallen off, with black stems mostly in Fire Spirits grasp. ".. O- Oh.." He stuttered. Fire Spirit opened his eyes, seeing Wind Archer look at what remained of the flowers with wide eyes, almost devastated.
Fire Spirit was confused for a moment, before realization struck.. oh shit the flowers- ".. Wait- I-" "You're breaking up with me..?" Wind Archer cut him off to ask, looking back up at the Fire God, eyes a bit more shined over. "What-" Fire Spirit tries to speak once again, before Wind Archer stepped back. "I see.." He muttered, looking to the ground.
Fire Spirit immediately threw aside the flowers. "WAIT- WAITWAITWAITWAIT!!" Fire Spirit shook his held out hands, looking terrified now. Wind Archer was a bit surprised, looking back up at him. "The flowers weren't meant to be burnt!! They were meant to just be normal, colorful, flowers!! For you!! I must've accidentally ruined them on the way here!!" He explained frantically.
Wind Archer stared at Fire Spirit for a few seconds, before his body visibly relaxed, a hand going up to his mouth. "Pfft- ... Seriously??" He asked, trying not to laugh clearly. Fire Spirit let out a breath of relief, laughing himself. "I- I am- hehe..! S- So sorry, Windy!!" He laughed some more, clutching his stomach.
"You scared me, you idiot!" Wind Archer pointed at him, shoving his shoulder. Fire Spirit wiped some tears from his face, from laughing and relief he didn't just accidentally break up with his boyfriend. He then felt arms wrap around his body, Wind Archer hugging him now. "Be careful next time you wanna gift me flowers.." He muttered. Fire Spirit hugged back, still calming down from the stupid situation. "Got it, Windy."
