Summary
As Johnny Silverhand closed his eyes, having said his goodbyes to V over the last view of night city he’d ever see, the legendary Rockerboy was prepared to meet oblivion, or worse, be in some NUSA data vault for eternity.
When he woke up again, however, it wasn’t in some other person’s body, or even a database. Like Dorothy, except he wasn’t in no magical land.
A Rockerboy like him was now in the Origin System, thousands of years into the future, with his relic under ownership of a Tenno.
And just like Night City, there were still corpo scum everywhere, some things just never changed.
Not if an old Rockerboy from the 21st century had anything to say about it.
