Sirius was leaving the school building after some additional classes she signed up for
her trainer changed the winter training program, so now she has way too much free time to waste it on nothing
She was heading to the dorm after finishing up everything she got here, already planning on the rest of the night, maybe she’ll have some coffee and warm bath before heading to bed, it’s such a cold day and the snow is covering the ground, some students are playing snowball fight, some are building snowuma, and some-
she frowns, seeing bunch of idiots far away creating a 3 metre tall statue of snow, do they know it’s gonna harm the students around them if it’s fell?
she thought of reporting them, but it’s such a hassle to head back now when it’s already this late, so she decided to walk over and give them a scolding
That’s when her ears tingled listening to a voice she adores the most, and a chuckle made her heart do a little dance
”this poor balance… isn’t it about to collapse?”
She blinked, and a grin formed on her face as she scoffs, whispering “what on earth is she doing..” looking at her roommate, Nakayama Festa, with her friends messing around with the snow
well, one of them was, it’s Gold Ship
Sirius sighed, crossing her arms while watching her roommate from afar, maybe she should drag her back with her because the others will definitely get into troubles if they were caught
but she stayed still, watching them talk about something she wasn’t interested enough to listen to, she was only looking at her little puppy standing there
That was before one of them steps in and kick that statue, Sirius’s jaw dropped in shock, why would she even do that??!
Orfevre immediately started running after what she did, her eyes quickly drafted back to Nakayama, seeing her standing there in shock before she follows the other and run away before the snow statue falls over her
Sirius sighed seeing her getting far away from the falling statue, but held back the sigh when Nakayama stumbled and fell on the snowy ground, Sirius didn’t think twice before rushing over to her, especially after seeing her not moving, and Orfevre gave her body little kicks asking if she’s okay
”Nakayama!”
she called, and the other was shocked hearing that worried voice
she raised her head taking her face out of the snow, sighing when she saw her roommate kneeling before her
”what are you doing here?”
”That’s what I should be asking!”
Surius responded to her stupid question, grabbing her arms to pull her off the snowy ground and helping her up on her feet
”yo, you should’ve seen the massive thing Golshi just made”
Nakayama said with a chuckle, not caring about her snow-covered body that Sirius had to shake the snow off it with her hand
”you will get in trouble for that!”
”I did nothing! Golshi made it, Orfevre kicked it down, I was just a spectator!”
Sirius frowned noticing the way her roommate’s voice started to get vibrate, and she wrapped her arms around herself rubbing her hands against her upper arms
”Let’s go back now before you freeze”
”No way! Golshi said she’s gonna build a snow house next”
”That if she didn’t get caught and punished for that fallen statue!”
before Nakayama could say anything back, the taller pulled her trembling body closer, she tensed up and stumbled, and her face got pressed against Siriu’s chest, and the warmth she felt from the sensation made her blush
she held back a gasp trying to take a step back, but Sirius arms got wrapped around her with Sirius’s jacket, covering her up with it
”seriously.. if you’re so cold stop playing with snow like a child, and just come back to the dorm with me now”
she gulped, blinking nervously before wrapping her arms around Sirius’s waist under the jacket
seeing her not fazed by the situation, Nakayama decided to play along, she didn’t wanna be weird about it if Sirius got no issues with it
so she looked up at her, failed to stop the blush from taking over her face, hoping Sirius would think it’s just because of the cold
”You’re no fun”
She said with her cheek rubbing against Sirius’s chest, Nakayama didn’t mean to do that on purpose, but the jolt from the taller Uma’s body surprised her, seeing her face getting slightly red as she opens her mouth to say something, but stopped immediately, biting her lower lip and tightening her hold on the shorter, her action made Nakayama look away and close her eyes
“Just warm me up for a second..”
The thought didn’t cross her mind before, but seeing Nakayama’s face resting on her chest, and her body against hers, eyes closed and flushed face..
Sirius felt something flipping in her stomach, and one word appeared in her mind while she’s leaning over, slowly closing her eyes
’adorable’—
“EVERYONE IS ARRESTED!!”
The loud scream from afar forced Sirius back to her mind, opening her eyes wide, and she quickly straightened her back
she looked away when Nakayama opened her eyes too, but she didn’t expect to meet another piercing gaze, Orfevre, who Sirius forgot she was there all the time, she definitely saw what Sirius was attempting to do just now
”ugh.. she’s here already..”
her gaze moved back to Nakayama when she pulled away, and her arms that was holding Sirius’s waist is now wrapped around her own body again
”yeah, someone is in trouble”
she frowned when Orfevre said, and she can still feel her eyes peeled on her, she turned her face away avoiding looking at her
”what do you mean ‘someone’?! You’re the one who knocked it off!”
Gold Ship Shouted as she runs over to them, running from Fenomeno who was coming fast behind her
”you’re all under arrest!! Come with me, the five of you, now!”
”stop screaming.. also”
Sirius jolted when Nakayama pumped her shoulder against her, talking to the angry Fenomeno
”it got nothing to do with her, just the four of us”
and so, Dream Journey came to calm her down, making sure the other three don’t try to slip away as Fenomeno leads the way back to the school and the four of them behind her
But Sirius couldn’t turn around and leave, seeing her roommate walks slowly and blowing in her hands trying to warm herself up
“Nakayama”
the call made them all stop and look back at her, but she didn’t care, stepping closer taking off her jacket
”h-hey what are you-“
”just take it, I don’t want you catching a cold and sneezing all night”
That was the reason she gave, but she was genuinely worried, placing her Jacket over Nakayama’s shoulders, but the shorter tried to stop her, flustered, backing away
”What about you?!”
”I'm going to the dorm anyway, just take it!”
Their argument lasted for a bit, and Gold Ship tried to run away while they’re at it but got caught by Fenomeno
eventually, Nakayama took it, frowning in embarrassment as she wears it over her own jacket
”Alright!! Happy now?!”
she can’t lie, it actually made her feel a lot warmer, it’s thick and bigger than her size so it was easy to hide her freezing hands in the long sleeves, and because Sirius was wearing it the trace of her warmth was still there, it made Nakayama shiver a bit when that thought crossed her mind, she quickly turned around so that Sirius wouldn’t see the blush taking over her face
”j-just go back already, you better not catch a cold on your way there without a jacket!”
her ears tingled hearing the other chuckles, sighing as she follows the others back to the academia, listening to Sirius’s footsteps as she walks to the other direction.
