"And why—" Squid growled, getting both knees on the bed for leverage to pry Miller's hand off him. "— Do you need me specifically for this?"
Miller's grip tightened, and he sat up abruptly, toppling Squid over onto his back.
"Because we need to talk. I want to know what exactly has Snake so enamored with you." He stared down at Squid, face drawn tight.
Squid stared back up at him in quiet disbelief.
