Summary
Selene wasn't coping very well after the war. Being constantly hounded and everyone looking to her to fix their problems and being called selfish for wanting time with her family wasn't for her. She endured until her adoptive son, Teddy, was three until Andromeda passed with a broken heart and then took a road trip holiday around USA with Fred and George. However, a month into their holiday, before the apocalypse started, the tire blew on the RV. Fate seemed to hate her. As she was cursing up a storm at Fate and the tire a truck pulled up beside her with two men, hunters or rednecks as some would call them. The strange thing was one of them made her magic sing in a way no one else ever had or even could. What happens when they travel with these men to the quarry, will the group listen and accept her or will they just be another lot in a long line of superficial people.
