    Ren made his way back to Shibuya on his own, leaving Morgana at Haru’s place saying he had personal business to attend to, and started testing passwords to Akechi’s Jail. He had plenty of conversations with Akechi to make one guess after another, until something eventually hit.

    “It was infuriating,” Akechi grunted in one of the many conversations they shared over some mocktails before their confrontation with Maruki. “My reputation as the Detective Prince, my revenge against Shido…” He stared at the palm of his hands before closing his fist. “Everything I built crumbling before my eyes, all because of you.”
