“No, Papa! Not like that!” Aislinn said sternly.
“Does Henrietta not like sugar in her tea, mon cheri?”
“Hedgehogs don’t like sugar. They only like milk.”
Charlie peeked his head around the door to see what his husband and daughter were up to on this lazy Sunday afternoon. An elaborate tea party with her stuffies, apparently.
Not only was his large husband being bossed around by a tiny three-year old in a tutu, he was sitting on the floor wearing a sparkly cape and pink tiara.
Charlie’s giggles gave him away, then he was ordered to join the party, too.
