Summary
When Taylor inherits a rundown farm in a quiet valley, she promises herself it’s only temporary.
One year.
That’s all she’ll give before returning to the city and the life she left behind. Setting her sights on a massive task, she throws herself at the challenge with everything she has, but as a city girl thrown into farm life, she finds herself at the clinic one too many times which captures the concern of the town doctor, much to her disdain.
As his concern turns into protectiveness, Taylor finds herself pushing him away only to find him coming back to her.
Navigating a relationship with a deadline turns out to be a much more complicated affair than running a farm.
