Summary

“Why him,” she muttered to nobody but the burlesque breeze. It said nothing, but ruffled her hair in response.
“I just,” she sighed again, getting more irritated. “I can’t understand how he never helps or does anything positive, never a kind word or encouragement, but still he-” The ragdoll’s eye widened. This isn’t how she is. This isn’t how she yearns to be remembered. Ragatha began to form a new, more 'gentle' sentence. One that didn’t remind her of what she grew up listening to; what she would one day sound like if she hadn’t been careful.
