“I know,” he said. “But I’m still glad I got to see you.”
Minho stared at him, unimpressed. “Why?”
Jeongin shifted on his feet. “Because even if you’re not ready… I still am.”
Minho’s jaw ticked. “You’re too soft.”
Jeongin tilted his head, looking at him—not with pity, but with a calm that gnawed at Minho.
“And you’re too scared.”
