Summary
Buck knocked on Bobby’s office door, entering as soon as he called out, Eddie hot on her heels.
“Hello you two.” He greeted, “Everything alright?”
“Have you got a minute?” Buck asked.
“For you I have several.” Bobby joked, reaching out a hand to indicate the chairs on the other side of his desk, prompting them to sit down.
Buck reached out and took Eddie’s hand, her husband giving it a supportive squeeze as Bobby patiently waited for them to speak, knowing better than to rush the pair.
“Uh, so we’ve got some big news.” Buck eventually said, glancing over at Eddie before turning back to Bobby, “I’m, uh, I’m pregnant.” She stuttered, “We’re having a baby.”
