Yang Jeongin finally found his place in the pack until he suddenly finds out that he’s pregnant. Will he continue the pregnancy or listen to his instincts and terminate the pregnancy since omegas should be the ones to bear a child?

Work Text:

Jeongin didn't feel right.

It wasn't just the usual exhaustion from not sleeping enough or the soreness when Minho fucked him. This was different, he felt heavy, sluggish, like his body wasn't quite his own. His stomach churned uneasily, a deep, rolling discomfort that refused to settle no matter how much he tried to ignore it.

He laid curled up on the bedding, staring at the dim light filtering through the windows. Minho had already gotten up, moving around somewhere in the house, but Jeongin couldn't bring himself to follow like he usually did. His body felt too warm, his limbs weighed down as if he had spent hours running even though he hadn't done anything at all.

Suddenly, a wave of nausea hit him.

His throat tightened, his stomach twisted sharply, and within seconds, he was scrambling out of bed, feet unsteady beneath him as he rushed toward the small bathroom. He barely made it to the toilet before his stomach lurched, forcing up everything inside him.

The sound of retching filled the quiet house. His hands clutched the sides of the toilet, body trembling as he coughed and gasped for air between the waves of throwing up. His throat burned, and his eyes stung with tears, but the nausea refused to ease. He had never felt this sick before, not even when food had gone bad or when he had been very exhausted.

Within the next few seconds, he hear his mate running up to the bathroom and ripping the door open.

"Jeongin." Minho said with a concerned expression. A second later, the omega was crouching beside him, one hand pressing against Jeongin's back while the other brushed his damp hair away from his face. "What's wrong?"

Jeongin didn't answer, too focused on trying to catch his breath. His stomach still felt unsettled, but at least he wasn't throwing up anymore. He leaned against the toilet, body limp, letting Minho support him.

"Don't know. Just feeling weird."

"We're going to the doctor." Minho said without hesitation.

Jeongin wanted to protest, he hated causing trouble or looking weak in front of Minho, ubut he didn't have the strength to protest. His body was still trembling, skin covered in a thin layer of sweat. When Minho helped him up, he leaned against the omega without thinking, letting Minho guide him out of the bathroom and through the house.

The doctors house wasn't far, but the walk felt longer than usual. Jeongin barely registered the pack members they passed, too focused on not stumbling. After a few steps Minho had enough and scooped him off in bridal style, carrying the last part of the way.

When they finally reached the doctor's home, the alpha inside took one look at Jeongin and motioned for them to sit.

"Tell me what happened," she said, already pulling out medicine and tools from the shelves.

"He threw up. He's been feeling off since this morning." Minho answered for him. His grip on Jeongin's waist tightened slightly. "Find out what's wrong."

The healer hummed and knelt in front of Jeongin, checking his temperature and feeling the pulse at his wrist. "Does your stomach still hurt?"

Jeongin swallowed. "A little." His voice was hoarse from throwing up.

She asked a few more questions, feeling around his stomach, checking his breathing. The examination lasted longer than Jeongin expected, and by the end of it, the healer looked hesitant.

"Well?" Minho demanded, his tone sharp.

The doctor sighed. "There's nothing obviously wrong. No fever, no signs of poisoning. His stomach is sensitive, but that could be from anything. It could just be exhaustion, food poisoning or stress. Has there been any kind of conflict you had over the last few days?"

Jeongin slumped slightly. He knew it wasn't just exhaustion, but he didn't know what else it could be either.

Minho shook his head, deeply in thought. Yes, sometimes they fought, but he never had the feeling that it had put Jeongin under this much stress.

"No, not that I remember. The last big fight was over a month ago. Some minor disagreements but nothing major that would cause this."

The doctor sighed and bit her lip. "Then I think it's food poisoning or an allergy. Try to reset as much as possible and make sure the food is fine."

Minho wasn't satisfied. "That's not an answer."

The healer gave him a firm look. "Then let me observe him for a few days. If it's something more serious, we'll find out soon enough."

Jeongin felt Minho's hand slide down to grip his thigh possessively, as if grounding himself. The omega wasn't happy with that answer, but he didn't argue. Instead, he stood, pulling Jeongin up with him.

"Fine." His voice was low. "But if he gets worse, you'll fix it immediately."

With that, he led Jeongin out of the house.

But quickly two months had passed an Jeongin still wasn't getting better.

At first, Minho had been patient, trusting that the doctor would eventually find the cause of his mate's sickness. But as the days dragged on with no answers, his patience ran thin. Jeongin wasn't just feeling nauseous, he was sick. The nausea never fully left him, creeping up at random times, though it was always worst around midday. No matter what he ate, it rarely stayed down, and when it did, it was only plain, simple foods like rice, bread, noodles, or small portions of meat without seasoning. Anything else made him sick immediately.

Minho had stopped letting anyone else prepare Jeongin's meals. Not that he didn't trust the pack to not poison his mate, but he rather wanted to be safe than sorry.

So Minho made all of Jeongin's food himself. He cooked every meal, making sure it was safe, that nothing would make his mate even sicker than he already was. Jeongin tried to act normal, to push through his discomfort, but Minho saw through it every time. He saw the way Jeongin hesitated before eating, as if dreading what might come after. He saw the way his mate clutched his stomach when he thought Minho wasn't looking.

The worst part was that Jeongin was losing weight.

His face had grown paler, his body thinner, and no matter how much Minho forced him to eat, it wasn't enough. The only place he had gained any weight was his stomach, which had begun to round slightly—a small change, but not noticeable enough that Minho could ignore it. But then there was the missing cycle.

That was when Minho snapped.

He stormed into the doctors home, carrying Jeongin with him despite his mate's weak protests. The doctor barely had time to react before Minho was demanding answers.

"He missed his cycle," Minho growled, pacing as Jeongin sat on the examination mat, looking exhausted. "He's still sick, still throwing up, and he's barely keeping anything down. He has no fever, no signs of real illness, and yet he's getting worse. Find out what's wrong with him. Now."

The doctor sighed, moving to check Jeongin over once again. She had done this a few times before, but this time, there was something different in her expression.

She placed her hands on Jeongin's stomach, pressing lightly, and the moment she did, her eyes widened slightly. Her fingers traced over the small curve that hadn't been there before, and suddenly, her hesitation made sense.

"...I know what's wrong."

Minho's head snapped toward her. "Then say it."

The doctor turned to Jeongin, her voice softer now. "You're pregnant."

The room fell into silence.

Jeongin blinked at her, his expression blank with confusion. "That's... not possible." His voice was quiet, as if he barely believed his own words.

But the doctor only shook her head.

"It seems like it is. You're the first alpha to be impregnated by an omega so there are no cases on this, but everything points to it. You missed your cycle. You've been sick for months, and only around a specific time of day. You can't eat much, but you've gained weight here." She pressed lightly against his stomach again, and Jeongin flinched. "Your scent has changed, too. It's subtle, but there's a new sweetness to it. You aren't sick, Jeongin. You're carrying Minho's child."

Jeongin's breath caught. He looked down at himself, pressing a shaky hand against his round belly.

Minho, however, had no hesitation. His lips curled into a smirk, one hand reaching out to cup Jeongin's jaw, tilting his mate's face up to meet his gaze.

"My perfect little mate," Minho whispered. "You're making history."

Jeongin shivered under his touch, overwhelmed, unsure what to feel. He wasn't sure if he could handle this. No alpha had ever been pregnant, so there were no records of how healthy the birth would be or how the survival chances would be.

"Hey, Jeongin?" Minho gently tapped his cheek as he noticed that his mate had spaced out a little. "Aren't you happy?" He asked.

Jeongin bit his lip but nodded his head. He wasn't sure what to think.

"Alpha, if you aren't happy then tell me. I want to have a happy mate and I don't want to pressure you into giving birth to a child. If you want to terminate the pregnancy, say it now."
The omega kneeled infront of Jeongin. It was the first time he had ever done this and he knew that it would make Jeongin feel more confident in his choice, even if he would want to abort their child now or keep it.

Shock was written all over Jeongin's face as the pack leader and most feared omega kneeled infront of him, caressing his hands and giving him a choice.

"I- I'll continue the pregnancy," he whispered. He knew that he was taking a huge risk, yet having a child with his mate sounded wonderful.
Minho' face lit up and he gave Jeongin a bright smile.

"Thank you, Jeongin." He whispered, slowly standing up to give his mate a passionate kiss on the lips. "No one will ever understand how much I love you!"

Minho pulled him in a gentle hug, pressing kiss after kiss onto his mates hair. When he noticed the doctor akwardly looking onto the floor, he waved her out as he wanted to spend more time with his mate in this special moment.

"I think I understand you," Jeongin replied as he leaned against Minho. "I feel the same about you."

Minho smiled and let Jeongin snuggle closer to him.

"Would you also understand if I want to make you the pack's luna?" He asked and the moment Jeongin had processed the new information he gasped out loud, pulling back slightly to look at Minho properly.

"The Luna?" he echoed, voice filled with disbelief.
Minho chuckled at his reaction, tucking a strand of Jeongin's hair behind his ear.

"You're carrying my child. You're already the most important person in this pack besides me. It only makes sense for you to take your rightful place."
Jeongin's heart pounded in his chest. Being Luna wasn't something he had ever considered, especially not as an alpha. But looking at Minho now, seeing how proud the omega looked, Jeongin realized that this wasn't just about status or tradition. This was Minho giving him another choice to now take his place in the pack.

"But-..."

"No, I know that you think you aren't good enough for this, but if you weren't good enough to be a luna I wouldn't offer you the role. I'm trusting you more than I ever thought I'd ever trust an alpha and I'm happy about it. So please trust my choices." Minho immediately interrupted when he noticed Jeongin's insecure frown.

Jeongin sighed and fiddled with his fingers.

"I'm just not sure how to be a good luna. It's not my primary instinct to be nurturing, help people out by comforting them and whatever a Luna does," he tried to explain, yet Minho shook his head and shushed him gently.

"Hey, no Luna was perfect when they were offered the role and I don't expect that from you. And just because you don't view yourself nurturing because of the role model of the Luna then you're wrong. You're filled with life, even bringing more into the world, you always listen to your alpha friends when they're struggling with their mate and always find a solution if we fight.
Even if you still have some of your alpha instincts that make you want to fight or be strong by dominating you also have a soft and submissive side that makes you perfect for the Luna position.

So please, think about considering my offer before declining it because you feel like you can't do it because of your subgender. I'm leading the pack even if I'm an omega and I'm not perfect in any way."

Jeongin sighed but smiled. Minho was speaking the truth

"I'll try it," Jeongin answered. He still wasn't sure but it would be worth giving it a try. Minho's smiled widened and he stepped between Jeongin's spread legs, engulfing him in a hug.

"Thank you alpha." He whispered, pressing his nose against Jeongin's scent gland. "You're the most perfect alpha to exist."
Jeongin let Minho hold hi, not minding how protective his omega was becoming.

After a few minutes, Minho pulled back slightly and pressed a soft kiss against Jeoning's lips. "I love you so much."
He whispered against his lips before letting the healer examinate Jeongin further.

-

The morning light filtered softly through the windows of Minho's home, casting warm golden hues over the wooden floors. Jeongin sat on the edge of the bed, one hand resting over his mostly-flat stomach, his mind still racing with the previous day's revelation. He was pregnant. He was carrying Minho's child. And soon, he would be the pack's Luna.

It still felt unreal.

Minho had already left early to speak with the healer again, making sure that Jeongin's health was being properly cared for. That left him with a rare moment of privacy, one that he intended to use before Minho returned and glued himself to Jeongin's side.

When he arrived at Chan, Felix's and Seungmin's home, his four friends were already sitting together. The moment they noticed him, Felix's eyes lit up, and Hyunjin immediately scooted over to make space for him.

"Innie!" Hyunjin greeted, patting the spot next to him. "You look better today. Are you feeling okay?"

Jeongin hesitated, his hand instinctively hovering over his stomach again before he forced himself to relax. "I... I actually have something important to tell you all."

The shift in his tone made them straighten up. Changbin raised a brow. "What's going on?"

Jeongin inhaled deeply. "I'm having a child."  He quickly said.

The room fell into silence.

Chan blinked. Hyunjin's mouth parted slightly in shock. Felix's eyes went impossibly wide, and Changbin just sat there, frozen, like his brain had short-circuited.

"You're... what?" Chan finally choked out. "Minho is..."

Jeongin let out a nervous laugh, rubbing the back of his neck. "Minho isn't pregnant. I am."

"No way," Hyunjin breathed, staring at him like he had just grown another head.

Felix gasped, his hands clapping over his mouth. "That's—how?"

"That's not possible," Changbin muttered, but it sounded more like he was trying to convince himself rather than deny it.

Chan just sat there, shaking his head in disbelief before finally speaking. "How?" he asked, voice calmer than the others but still laced with shock. "I mean... alphas don't get pregnant."

Jeongin nodded. "That's what I thought too, but the healer explained it to me. She said that my cycles were probably neutral—not real heats or ruts, just something that made me fertile. You remember my cycle? I never had gone feral during it and tried to knot everything I saw."

"That... makes sense, I guess." Hyunjin frowned slightly.

Jeongin continued, "She also gave me a massage yesterday to help position the baby better, so I wouldn't feel so nauseous all the time." He sighed, rubbing his stomach lightly. "And it's been helping. I still feel sick, but it's not as bad as before."

Felix finally dropped his hands from his mouth, his eyes still sparkling with disbelief. "You're seriously carrying a baby?"

Jeongin smiled softly. "Yeah."

That was when Felix suddenly launched himself at him, pulling Jeongin into a tight hug. "Oh my god, this is amazing! You're gonna be such a good mom!"

"I can't believe this," Hyunjin said, shaking his head but grinning. "You're the first alpha to ever get pregnant. This is insane."

Changbin, who had been the most silent, finally leaned forward, his expression softening. "And... Minho? What does he think about all this?"

Jeongin hesitated, his fingers curling slightly against the fabric of his shirt. "He's happy." The words came out quiet, but there was a warmth in them. "He told me I could decide if I wanted to keep the child or terminate the pregnancy and that he loves me."

A knowing look passed between them all.

"Of course, he did," Changbin muttered with a roll of his eyes, though he was smiling.

Jeongin hesitated only a moment before adding, "He's going to make it official soon. He's making me the pack's Luna."

The room went silent again, but this time, the shock melted away quicker.

"Luna?" Chan repeated, voice laced with surprise.

Jeongin nodded. "Yeah. He told me last night. Since I'm carrying his child, he wants me to stand beside him as his official mate and also have a tiny bit of power in the pack to show that alphas aren't treated like slaves but a bit like equals."

Hyunjin let out a slow whistle. "Wow."

"You deserve it, Innie." Felix beamed.

"You do," Chan agreed, his expression serious but warm. "You've been through a lot, and I know Minho doesn't just hand out titles for nothing. If he's making you Luna, then he really means it."

Jeongin felt happy at their words. He hadn't been sure how they would react, but knowing that they supported him made everything feel a little less overwhelming.

"I just hope I can do a good job," he admitted, playing with the hem of his sleeve.

Changbin nudged him. "You will. You already take care of us, whether you realize it or not."

Felix nodded eagerly. "And now you're gonna take care of the whole pack! You're gonna be an amazing Luna."

Jeongin smiled, a real, genuine smile. For the first time since finding out about his pregnancy, the anxiety in his chest lessened.
Maybe this wouldn't be so scary after all.

-

The fire crackled softly in the center of the gathering space, its warm glow casting flickering shadows across the faces of the pack members assembled before Minho. Everyone had been called to the meeting with little explanation. Important pack meetings were rare, and Minho never gathered them unless there was something significant to announce.

Jeongin sat beside him on the raised platform, hands resting on his lap, fingers lightly brushing against the fabric of his clothes. His heart pounded slightly, but he kept his posture straight, knowing that this night was just as important for him as it was for Minho.

Minho stood up. When the murmuring quieted down, he finally spoke.

"I have gathered you all tonight because I have great news," he announced, his voice carrying strong and steady over the crowd. "My mate and I are expecting a child."

The reaction was instant. A wave of joyous exclamations swept through the pack, murmurs of congratulations rising between them. Some members even began stepping forward, ready to offer their praise to Minho, assuming that he was the one carrying the child.

But before anyone could reach him, Minho lifted a hand, stopping them in their tracks.

"You misunderstand," he said, and turned toward Jeongin. He reached out, placing a hand on Jeongin's shoulder as he continued, "It is my mate, Jeongin, who is carrying our child."

Silence.

For the first time in years, the pack was utterly speechless.

A pregnant Alpha?

It was unheard of. Impossible, even. And yet, here Jeongin was, sitting at their leader's side, healthy and well, carrying the next generation of the pack.

It was Minho who broke the silence once more. "The pack healer has confirmed it," he said. "Jeongin's cycles were neutral, not like a typical alpha's. He was fertile." His gaze flickered over the faces in the crowd, daring anyone to question him. "And he is carrying my child."

A ripple of understanding passed through the pack, the initial shock giving way to something else—curiosity, awe, and above all, joy.

Suddenly an omeg shouted. "That's incredible."

And then, like a breaking dam, the congratulations returned, this time directed toward Jeongin.

Jeongin barely had time to process the warmth blooming in his chest before Minho raised a hand once more, commanding silence again. "There is one more thing," he said. "Since Jeongin is carrying my heir, I will make his position official."

Again, silence spread trough the pack.

"I will make him this pack's Luna."

If the pregnancy announcement had shocked them, this sent the pack into an entirely new level of astonishment.

Minho had never spoken of choosing a Luna before. Despite his dominance and control over the pack, he had never once shown interest in officially naming a mate, let alone giving them a title that held so much power. The pack had come to believe that Minho was simply not the type to share his authority.

But now, he was doing the unthinkable.

And he was doing it with Jeongin.

A murmur of disbelief spread, but it was quickly overtaken by pride.

Slowly, one by one, the pack members began to bow their heads in acceptance.
Minho let his gaze sweep over his people, satisfied. Then, turning toward Jeongin, his eyes softened, and for a moment, it was just the two of them.

"You are mine," Minho whispered, his voice quiet enough for only Jeongin to hear. "My alpha, my mate and my Luna!"

Jeongin looked up at him, his heart full. "Always."

-

The ritual chamber was warm, lit only by flickering candles that cast soft shadows along the walls. Jeongin sat in the center of the room, his back straight, his hands resting on his lap as Chan and Changbin prepared the paint that would mark him as the Luna of the pack.

Hongjoong stood a few feet away, arms crossed as he observed their work. As an omega, he could not touch Jeongin without Minho's permission, especially now that he was carrying Minho's child. But he still had to obeseve and help Chan and Changbin paint the right marks onto his body.

"Start with the shoulders," Hongjoong instructed. "The marks there will signify his role as the guide of the pack, the one who stands beside Minho to offer wisdom."

Chan dipped his fingers into the bowl of thick, dark paint and began tracing the first lines over Jeongin's skin. The paint was cool, sending a slight shiver through Jeongin as it touched him. Changbin followed next, carefully mirroring Chan's strokes on the other side. They worked in silence, only occasionally glancing toward Hongjoong for confirmation.

"The next marks go here," Hongjoong continued, motioning toward Jeongin's collarbones. "They represent devotion, not just to Minho, but to the entire pack."

When the shoulders and collarbones were complete, Hongjoong stepped forward slightly, his gaze settling on Jeongin's stomach. "Now, mark his abdomen. This one is the most important."

Chan hesitated for a moment, his fingers hovering just above Jeongin's skin. The marks on his stomach would signify life—the child he carried, the bond between him and Minho, the future of the pack growing within him. Carefully, he began drawing the pattern, his touch more gentle than before.

Jeongin closed his eyes, letting the moment wash over him.

After the final strokes were drawn, they stepped back, wiping their hands on a cloth as they took in their work. The dark symbols stood out starkly against Jeongin's pale skin.

Hongjoong nodded in approval. "It's good. Now, dress him."

Seungmin stepped forward, carrying the garments meant for the ritual. The fabric was light and flowing, the skirt knee-length, a shade of soft white that contrasted beautifully against the dark paint. The blouse was just as simple, yet elegant, draping over Jeongin's frame comfortably.

Chan and Changbin helped him dress, ensuring that nothing smudged or ruined the artwork on his body. When he was fully clothed, Felix and Hyunjin took his handsm squeezing them lightly before leading him toward the ceremonial grounds.

The pack had gathered under the full moon, the night sky clear above them. Silence fell over the crowd as Jeongin stepped into the open, his bare feet pressing against the cool earth. He felt the weight of their eyes on him, but his focus remained on Minho standing at the center of the clearing.

The pack leader stood tall, his gaze locked onto Jeongin as he was led forward. He wore no grand robes, no elaborate decorations, only the symbols of his own rank painted onto his bare arms and chest. He did not need anything else.

When Jeongin reached him, he lowered himself onto his knees before Minho, bowing his head slightly in submission.

The pack remained silent, waiting for their leader's words.

Minho's voice was steady as he finally spoke. "Tonight, we gather under the full moon to recognize my mate as the Luna of this pack."

Minho looked down at Jeongin, his expression unreadable, but his voice softened just enough for only Jeongin to hear.

"Are you ready?"

Jeongin lifted his gaze, his heart steady. "I am."

"The Luna is more than just a mate," Minho began, taking a step foreward. "He is the heart of the pack. The guide, the balance, the one who stands beside the pack leader—not behind, not below—beside."

His gaze swept over the crowd, daring anyone to challenge his words. None did.

Jeongin remained perfectly still, his hands resting on his thighs, his back straight as Minho moved to stand directly in front of him.

Minho reached out, his fingers brushing against Jeongin's chin, tilting his head up so their eyes met.

"Do you, Jeongin, accept this role?"

"I do," Jeongin answered without hesitation.

Minho nodded once before stepping back.

Seungmin and Jisung stepped forward next, each carrying a silver bowl filled with sacred water infused with crushed herbs. The scent of lavender and rosemary filled the air as they knelt on either side of Jeongin.

Seungmin spoke first. "This water cleanses your past and marks your rebirth. You are no longer just an alpha. You are Luna."

Jisung dipped his fingers into the bowl, lifting them to Jeongin's forehead. He traced a cool line of water down the bridge of his nose, across his cheeks, and along his jaw, marking him as something new. Seungmin followed, repeating the gesture on Jeongin's shoulders and the center of his chest.

The water trickled down his skin, soaking into the painted symbols without washing them away.

When the blessing was complete, Minho spoke again. "Rise."

Jeongin stood slowly. As he did, Minho turned to the gathered wolves.

"This pack has never seen an alpha as Luna," he said. "But this pack has also never an omega as the pack leader. And no onewill challenge my choice."

Every pack 'em ever nodded, not daring to question Minho in any way. He had lead the biggest part of the revolution and made it able for omegas to have a better life.

Minho turned back to Jeongin and reached for his hand. "You belong to me," he said, low enough for only Jeongin to hear. "And now, you belong to them, too."

Jeongin swallowed hard but nodded. He had already known this, had already accepted it.

Minho raised their joined hands high into the air. "Honor your Luna," he commanded, his voice strong. "Respect him. Protect him. Because he carries not only my child, but the future of this pack."

A chorus of howls rose into the night, echoing across the land.

-

The moment the howls faded, every bit of tension left the pack. The pack erupted into cheers, and just like that, the celebration began.

Jeongin barely had time to take a breath before Chan and Felix pulled him into a hug. Changbin and Hyunjin followed, carefull to not crush him.

"You did amazing," Chan said, grinning.

Felix nodded, eyes bright. "We're so proud of you."

Jeongin let out a soft laugh. "It still feels unreal."

Minho stayed close to him. He wasn't the type to openly show affection in front of the pack, but his hand stayed firmly on Jeongin's lower back, guiding him through the crowd as people came forward to offer their congratulations.

The pack had prepared a feast, with tables filled with food, and despite his usual nausea, Jeongin actually felt a little hungry. He stuck to the simple foods he was sure he could keep down. Minho, of course, made sure he ate enough, placing extra portions on his plate and watching closely to see if he showed any signs of discomfort.

Jisung and Seungmin sat across from them, teasing Minho about how different he seemed now.

"I never thought I'd see the day our great leader would act like a protective mate," Jisung said with a smirk.

Minho shot him a look but didn't argue. "Jeongin is carrying my child. Of course I'm protective."

Seungmin chuckled, glancing at Jeongin. "And how do you feel, Luna?"

Jeongin still wasn't used to the title, but he didn't mind it. He smiled softly. "Happy. A little tired, but happy."

As the night went on, the pack drank, ate, and talked freely. Music played, and some wolves even started dancing. Felix, being Felix, dragged Jeongin to his feet.

"Come on, just one dance," Felix pleaded.

Jeongin shook his head with a small laugh. "Minho's going to kill you if you make me too tired."

Felix grinned. "Then we'll dance slow."

Minho didn't stop him, but his eyes never left Jeongin. Even while celebrating, he remained aware of his mate, making sure no omega got too close and especially wouldn't touch him without permission.

As the night stretched on, Jeongin eventually found himself leaning against Minho, exhaustion creeping in. The pack was still celebrating, but Minho seemed to notice his tiredness.

"Let's go home," Minho said, pressing a light kiss to Jeongin's temple.

Jeongin nodded, letting Minho guide him away from the crowd.

-

As the months passed, Jeongin's pregnancy became more noticeable, and so did the way the pack treated him. Minho had always been protective, but now, he was practically obsessed with making sure Jeongin was comfortable, well-fed, and never stressed.

Every morning, Minho woke up first, slipping out of bed carefully so Jeongin wouldn't stir. By the time Jeongin woke up, breakfast was always ready—a meal specifically made to fit whatever cravings or aversions he had that day. Some mornings, it was something as simple as plain rice with grilled fish. Other days, Jeongin wanted things that made no sense, like strawberries with melted cheese or meat dipped in honey. Minho never questioned it. He just made sure Jeongin got what he wanted.

When Minho had to handle pack matters, one of the other alphas was always assigned to stay with Jeongin.

"Minho will be mad if you move too much," Chan reminded him one afternoon as Jeongin tried to help carry a plate to the table.

Jeongin pouted but let Chan take over. "I'm not fragile."

"No, but you're pregnant, and that means you listen to your mate." Chan smirked, clearly enjoying the rare opportunity to boss him around.

Hyunjin, who was lounging on the couch, snickered. "Minho is really treating you like royalty, huh?"

Jeongin rolled his eyes. "I think he's just overreacting."

Felix, who had been chopping vegetables for lunch, turned around with a knowing smile. "I think he's just making sure you're okay. You're the first alpha to carry a child. It makes sense that he wants everything to go perfectly."

Jeongin sighed, knowing they were right. And, truthfully, he didn't really mind how much Minho fussed over him.

By the time his nausea started to fade, he started craving the strangest things. One night, he woke up and shook Minho awake.

"I need something spicy," Jeongin mumbled sleepily.

Minho groaned but didn't argue. "What kind of spicy?"

Jeongin thought for a moment. "Spicy noodles with chocolate."

Minho stared at him. "Chocolate?"

Jeongin nodded, completely serious.

Minho sighed but got up anyway, disappearing into the kitchen and returning with exactly what Jeongin had asked for.

As Jeongin's appetite grew, so did his body. His stomach rounded more with each passing month, and Minho made sure he never had to strain himself.

At lunch, one of the alphas was always responsible for cooking for him. If it was Chan, the meal was well-balanced and healthy. If it was Changbin, he made sure Jeongin got plenty of meat. Felix loved making sweet treats for him, and Hyunjin always made sure his cravings were satisfied.

Despite his complaints about being spoiled, Jeongin secretly loved the attention. He had never experienced care like this before, and knowing that Minho and the others truly wanted to take care of him made him feel warm inside.

Every night, Minho helped him settle into bed, gently massaging his belly and whispering soft words to the child growing inside him.

"You're doing so well," Minho whispered one night, his hand resting on Jeongin's stomach.

Jeongin smiled sleepily. "I wouldn't be doing anything without you taking care of me."

Minho chuckled, pressing a kiss to Jeongin's forehead. "That's my job. You're my mate and heavily pregnant ."

Minho had prepared for everything. The doctor had been moved into the guest room weeks ago, and the operating table was set up in another room, ready for when the time came. Nothing was going to go wrong, not under Minho's watch.

That morning, Minho was about to leave for a pack meeting when Jeongin clutched onto his sleeve, his usually calm expression filled with tears.

"Minho... please don't go," he whispered, his hands gripping Minho's wrist tightly.

Minho frowned and immediately crouched in front of him. "What's wrong? Do you feel pain?"

Jeongin shook his head. "Not yet, but I can feel it. It's soon."

Minho didn't need to hear anything else. He sent a quick message, canceling the meeting, and stayed by Jeongin's side. They spent the morning together, Minho watching his mate closely. Jeongin was restless, shifting around uncomfortably, rubbing his stomach every now and then.

And then, just before lunch, it happened.

A sharp gasp left Jeongin's lips as he grabbed Minho's hand tightly, his eyes wide with panic. "Minho—"

Before he could finish, a sudden rush of liquid spilled down his legs.

Minho didn't hesitate. He scooped Jeongin up into his arms and carried him straight to the prepared operating room, barking orders for the doctor to get ready.

By the time the doctor numbed Jeongin's lower body and began the procedure, Minho was right by his side, holding his hand.

Jeongin gritted his teeth as he lay on the bed, unable to feel anything below his waist, but his heart pounded in his chest. His free hand clenched the sheets beneath him as he focused on Minho's voice.

"You're doing great," Minho reassured. "Just a little longer."

Minutes passed like hours until finally, the doctor's voice broke through the tense silence.

"The first one is out," the doctor said, his voice calm yet focused. A small, sharp cry filled the air, and Jeongin felt his heart clench.

Minho's eyes softened as he looked at the tiny baby in the doctor's hands. "A girl," the doctor announced, wrapping the child in a blanket before handing it to Minho.

Jeongin barely had time to take a proper look at his daughter before the doctor spoke up again.

"There's another."

Minho's head snapped around, and Jeongin's eyes widened. "Another?"  He looked at Minho with panic written all over his face.
The omegas smiled and sat down on the chair next to Jeongin, sitting close enough so Jeongin could see his firstborn.

"You're doing great, alpha. Look at our beautiful daughter. Now we're also going to have an second beautiful child and it's nearly all your doing." He said, distracting Jeongin from the doctor,w ho was trying the best to smoothly get the child out of him.

"A boy," the doctor said and wrapped the boy into another blanked and handed it to Minho to stitch Jeongin back together.

Jeongin felt tears spill down his cheeks as he let out a weak laugh. "Two..."

Minho handed him the girl, his own eyes shining with emotion. "You did it," he whispered.

Jeongin looked at him, exhausted but smiling. "We did it."

Minho leaned down, pressing a kiss to Jeongin's forehead. "You're amazing."

As the doctor cleaned the babies, Minho stayed by Jeongin's side, whispering soft praises. Neither of them had expected two, but it didn't matter.

Their family had just doubled, and Minho couldn't be prouder of his Luna.

For the next several days, Jeongin rested under Minho's constant care. His body was sore from the surgery, and moving too much made the stitches ache, so Minho made sure he barely had to lift a finger. The doctor remained close in case of any complications, but Jeongin's recovery went smoothly.

Minho rarely left his side, always making sure he was comfortable, well-fed, and warm. If Jeongin so much as shifted uncomfortably, Minho was there, adjusting pillows or massaging his legs. Their twins, a boy and a girl, remained in a small crib beside their bed, and Minho was always the first to pick them up if they cried, bringing them to Jeongin so he wouldn't strain himself.

At first, Jeongin was too weak to do much other than hold them and rest, but after a few days, he started feeling better. He was still sore, but he could sit up on his own, and with Minho's help, he could walk around a little.

The twins were like a blessing for them. Jeongin and Minho loved the two so much, no matter how much they cried when Jeongin wouldn't immediately hold them.
The only thing Jeongin was a bit scared of was the presentation in a few years, especially the boys. His girl was sweet but definitely came after Minho. Even if she was so small, she was stubborn and whatever she wanted, she made sure she got. On the other hand, the boy came much more after Jeongin. He was already very submissive and was more laid back when he would ask for things like food.

It had scared Jeongin so much to loose his child to an omega in a few years that he had actual nightmares about it. This night it had gone too far. He had woken up with a scream, bathed in sweat, shaking in fear and disoriented.

It took only a few seconds until he felt a pair of hands on his face, gently patting his cheeks.

"Jeongin? It's okay, I'm here." Minho gently whispered and pulled him close. Jeongin whimpered and hurried his face in Minho's neck, inhaling his scent.

"Hey, what got you so worked up?" Minho asked, stroking Jeongin's back.

"Nightmare." The alpha whispered and slowly sat up to look at Minho. "Jay presented as an alpha..."

Minho's eyes widened as he finally understood why his mate was panicking. "Hey, no one will ever touch him and I will personally make sure that if he presents as an omega he will have a choice. In a few years the world is going to be very different from the chaos now. I'm sorry for claiming you like this and you having to see your friends being claimed like this. But I'm the pack leader and right now the omegas want revenge on the alphas that tried to suppress their strength and this won't be the same in a few years. My goal is that alphas and omegas will be equal and hopefully this can happen when Jay presents. And he also has Yuna, the pack leader and Luna on his side. No one will dare to claim him."

Jeongin let out a heartbreaking sob and tightly hugged Minho. "Thank you omega." He sobbed, gripping Minho's arms tightly.

Minho smiled at the alpha and leaned down, pressing a kiss onto his lips.

A few days the healer gave him the approval, they decided it was time to formally present their children to the pack.

That evening, Minho gathered the pack in the main clearing. The full moon hung high above them, its silver light casting a soft glow over the crowd. Jeongin sat comfortably in a chair near the center, wrapped in a warm blanket, while Minho stood beside him, one hand resting protectively on his shoulder. In Jeongin's arms, their son rested peacefully, while Minho held their daughter.

When the pack had quieted, Minho stepped forward. "Tonight, we welcome two new lives into our pack," he announced. He turned to Jeongin, who carefully stood up with Minho's support. "My mate, our Luna, has given birth to our children—our future."

Jeongin took a deep breath and smiled at the crowd. "This is our daughter, and this is our son," he said. "They are strong and healthy, and I know they will grow up surrounded by love."

The pack erupted into cheers. Several omegas approached, bowing their heads in respect before offering blessings for the newborns or even presenting them gifts like new clothes for the kids. Some of the older pack members gave their congratulations.

Chan, Changbin, Hyunjin, and Felix were the only ones allowed to hold the babies after they had arrived home a bit later.

"They're so small," Felix whispered in awe as he held Jay in his arms. The boy happily giggled and reached out to touch Felix's cheek.

Hyunjin chuckled. "I can't believe Jeongin just had twins on his first pregnancy', as an alpha."

Jeongin smiled, feeling shy at the attention. "Neither can I, but I wouldn't change a thing."

Minho placed a hand on Jeongin's lower back. "How much is it going to be the next time?" He whispered into Jeongin's ear, only for him to hear.
The alphas ears reddened and he lightly slipped Minho's chest.

"I'm sorry but I have no desire to go trough this again. I love those two but more are way to much to take care of and I want to give them all the love I have without  having to focus on the next kids." Jeongin whispered. Minho hummed, understanding.

"It's perfectly fine. I never even expected you to carry the kids. I had actually come to terms with never being a parent. Just between us, the healer told me I was infertile, more like unable to carry a child since my heats were only pseudo heats." Minho whispered back, shocking Jeongin a bit.
He wanted to say something but in the same moment Yuna let out a high pitched squeal, making their parents heads spin around.

Yuna had Chan's cheeks squished in between her chubby hands, pulling them into directions and making funny faces.

Jeongin chuckled and shook his head before gently taking Yuna into his arms.

"You're such a cute troublemaker." He nudged her on the nose. Yuna grinned before leaning against his chest, her energy levels quickly draining.

"I think it's time for the little ones to go to bed." Minho said as he took Jay from a pouty Felix.

"Can we visit tomorrow?" He pleaded. Looking at Minho with kitten eyes. Minho stared back, clearly unimpressed.

"Ask your omega. But I'll only let you in if Jeongin is feeling well."

With that the guest bid them goodbye.

Bathing and feeding the kid was a hassle and since Jeongin could only produce barely enough milk for one kid, Minho had given Yuna the bottle so Jeongin could rest some more.
Not much later when he was finished feeding Jay, Minho took him upstairs to bring them into bed.

Jeongin knew that this was a tiny bit of instincd that made Minho want to bring the kids to bed , feed them and so on. Even if he would never admit it, Jeongin would never interfere with his mates instincts.

For now he sat outside on the terrace, his legs folded beneath him as he watched the sun slowly dip below the horizon. The sky was painted in shades of warm orange and soft pink, a peaceful contrast to the life he once knew. The twins were probably already asleep, safely tucked in their nest of blankets, and for the first time in a long while, everything felt... still.

He had never imagined he would be here, in a place where he was safe, cherished, and happy. It felt almost unreal. His whole life, he had been taught that alphas had to be the leaders and the strong ones, while the omegas had to be submissive and that alphas should suppress the omegas especially not that they were standing up for themselves. But here he was, a Luna, a mate claimed and protected, carrying Minho's mark on his neck.

The sound of footsteps pulled him from his thoughts, and he turned his head just as Minho stepped onto the terrace. He carried a tray of food. Without a word, he set the tray down and sat beside Jeongin, their shoulders touching as he handed him a plate.

"I made your favorite," Minho said simply, watching as Jeongin took the plate.

Jeongin smiled softly. "You always do," he murmured, taking a bite. It was warm, comforting—just like everything Minho gave him.

For a moment, they sat in silence, eating as the last light of the sun faded into the darkening sky. Then, Minho shifted, wrapping an arm around Jeongin's waist and pulling him close. Jeongin melted into the touch, resting his head against Minho's shoulder.

"You're happy," Minho stated.

Jeongin nodded, closing his eyes. "More than I ever thought I could be."

Minho hummed in approval, pressing a slow kiss to Jeongin's temple. "Good," he said. "Because you're mine, and I won't have it any other way."

Jeongin let out a soft laugh, tilting his head to look at Minho. "I don't want it any other way either."

Minho's lips curled into a soft smile before he pulled Jeongin into a kiss. Jeongin happily smiled into the kiss, letting Minho deepen it until they were out of breath.

"I love you so much, omega," he whispered and hugged Minho tightly. "And I never thought I could ever love someone how much I love you."

Minho smiled. "I love you too. And I never thought to ever find such a perfect alpha like you."

As the night settled in around them, Jeongin leaned against Minho's warmth, his plate now empty, his heart full. He had found his place - beside Minho, with their children, in a home he had never dared to dream of.

And maybe it was for the best that omegas had finally chosen to stand up for themselves and make the world a better place.
