Taehyung reaches out again, and for a second, Jimin craves it; wants the touch, just the faint feeling of the other’s fingers against his skin like he’s not this person who shies away from others because he can’t control his powers, like he’s not this combination of chaos and intrusion and too much.

Summary
Jeongin was taken in the middle of the night from Haven Penitentiary. He knew where his kidnappers were taking him: District Nine. The place where dangerous and magical individuals all hid, and the place where they'd kill him.
At least, he thought District Nine was the dangerous place. That was until one of its residents asked him why he'd been chained to his bed during an evacuation.
[Or, Jeongin is taken and finds himself questioning his protectors at Haven Penitentiary when the people at District Nine prove themselves to be connected to his past and surprisingly hospitable. Oh, and there's this really cute guy named Hyunjin there, too.]
