Summary
Jack is a zombie. That he knows for a fact. His heart didn’t beat. His wounds, if he had them, wouldn’t hurt or heal. So the only logical explanation was that he was dead. But he didn’t act dead. He’s not talking about the corpse littering the streets. He’s talking about how he wasn’t like the other undead. He could talk and walk better, he eats less and can sometimes stomach human food. But he is still undeniably dead.
So what do you do when a human mistakes you for a living human instead of undead. While at least he seems interesting maybe this won’t be so bad. He could pretend to be alive for a little while. It’ll be funnier than staring at nothing… right?
