Summary
Stan had informed Bill and Eddie that a boy named Richie was moving into town a few weeks ago. Stan always regarded Richie as his best friend- above Eddie and Bill which made Eddie a bit jealous, but he was understanding- at least to Stan’s face. When he arrived in class today he saw Richie immediately- wearing an utterly ridiculous Hawaiian shirt over some t-shirt with a band name Eddie only heard once or twice. He had enormous goggle-y glasses that expanded his eyes to about twice the size and Eddie couldn't help but look at his soft brown eyes and thick eyelashes.
OR
Richie moves to Derry at the start of Sophomore year and he and Eddie become close friends, followed by a crush, and so on. Very slow burn and there will be eventual smut.
