   A sudden flame roars to life in his chest. A flame of devotion. Of duty.

   ‘I would like to taste victory without it eventually turning to ash in my mouth,’ his Lord said. Mairon will ensure this victory is different.

   “Let us stoke their anger and feed their mistrust until they are bloated with both,” he tells him, placing both hands on Melkor’s shoulders. “What better way to do this, then breaking their new king?”
