“Whimsical how, exactly?”
“Uh, he was peeling garlic when we first got there,” Hoseok starts, reaching up to rub at the back of his neck nervously. “And he, uh, well, he kept asking if he could take their coats while he was peeling the outer layers?”
“What?” Alpha Jeon squeaks, a noise they rarely get to hear from their leader. He’s clearly befuddled, his scent not masking his surprise in the slightest.
“And he, uh, well, every time he set something up on the counter, he kept saying, ‘can you hold this, please?’ every single time. And, uh, when he was washing the dishes, he kept saying ‘it’s bath time!’ in a really excited voice,” Hoseok mutters.
