Summary
Tobio Kageyama is a highly efficient but incredibly isolated bounty hunter, regarded more for his ability to bring in outlaws quickly rather than his cold disposition. He’s worked alone for years, and he was perfectly content to keep it that way.
But, life – or, more accurately, Sheriff Sawamura – has other plans.
When the only bounty left worth taking is that of the notorious Talon Gang – a group of close-knight criminals who have been on a string of robberies and attacks – Tobio is faced with the choice of having to work with newly deputized and unfamiliar Shoyo Hinata or not work at all.
Tobio begrudgingly accepts the Sheriff’s ultimatum, but he will soon learn that working with Deputy Hinata comes with its own challenges and surprises – none of which he could have ever expected.
