"Little Red's sleeping,” Mickey breathed out, dropping back onto the couch.

Ian stood up, quickly, otherwise he never would have. He almost flinched, when his husband bumped him with his knee .
“Sit for a sec,” he prompted, his voice softer now. “You look beat,” he probably stoped himself from adding.
"I'm sat there since tweenty minutes, Mick," Ian protested. But he gave in, sinking into the cushions, finding back his place against his husband's side. The images of the perfect christmas catalogue, from the Hallmark movie in the background, were still flickring through out the screen. It was soothing after a long day.
“So, you’re makin’ stew tomorrow?”, Mickey questionned with a smirk.
“Yeah.” Figured it’d be nice.”
He gave him a sideways glance, a smile playing at his lips. You’re turning into a goddamn housewife.”, huh?”
Ian nudged him, playfully.
“Hey, I don’t see you complaining when dinner’s on the table.”
