As the snow melt outside,and the cold winter nights starting to disappear, the warm welcoming of spring was starting in Gardenview Center!
And Dandy was absolutely ecstatic! Can't be happier! He can finally go back outside! After the whole season of winter!
Go to his garden or well the small patch of the backyard that he plants his plants in but oh well! I mean what works works!
Dandy sat in his makeshift gardening, taking care of his little plants and flowers, Astro of course followed well Dandy kinda of dragged him to the backyard with him...
Of Course Astro wasn't complaining, it's been a while aka the whole entirety of winter , since he saw Dandy this... Happy,just tending to his garden.
And of course rambling about some gardening facts like how he always does in these gardening sessions ...
Usually about certain plants,or what condition that make them grow! And of course Astro always listens to the end.
as if Astro would admit it ,that He liked Dandy more than a friend,no not even best friend kind of like, more than that,Astro .. loves the silly flower...
The way that the flower always try to be cheerful in not so ideal situation,the way that he always try to cheer him up ...
The way that he smile at him, Astro could feel like he would melt into a pile of glitter stars of ichor everytime Dandy even held his hands.
Everytime that he reassure him that everything going to be okay when he was panicking... The underlying Feelings was of course starting to adding up, little by little.
But the thing is ,does Dandy even know how he making Astro feel? Of course not ,if you paint a glittery sign that say that you love him,he probably would miss it.
Not like Astro doesn't try, despite being very... Extremely subtle,like helping Dandy reach the higher shelfs, reading bedtime stories and comforting the poor flower when there a thunderstorm outside...
And yet Dandy doesn't notice any of it,and why should he? it what best friends do for each other right?...
And Astro knows that he doesn't even have the courage to even dare to tell Dandy what he really feels about every moment that they been together...
What would he say?... What would they say ..? This isn't the right time Astro would remind himself but ...
When it is really the right time? Will it ever be the right time? Maybe it's felt like it's will never happen,but that okay...
Dandy like taking anything emotional slowly anyways ,Astro would know , despite being the... Ass he is , he of course still cares!
He... Both of them just have a really hard time dealing with these things, feelings am I right?
as the night slowly creep up in Gardenview center , Dandy and Astro of course come back inside for dinner always sitting together of course!
After getting ready for bed , they of course goes back to their little routine of well sleeping together... platonically of course!
they gotten quite used to feeling each other body heat, a habit because of the dreaded winter for Dandy...
And Astro doesn't wanted it to end, despite not knowing whether or not that Dandy actually well .. liked him back .
Astro will always loves the flower no matter how desne of a wall he is...
And hopefully Dandy would feel the same way... One day.
Maybe just Maybe.
He will like him back.
