    Running his fingers over the undecipherable draconic runes, High Mage Callum repeated his vow to solve the puzzle, find what secrets the mirror was hiding. Surely something Viren kept so hidden was important in some way.

    He closed the book. Just over a month until his seventeenth birthday, and Callum already made more progress than Viren had in seven years.

    Callum leant forward and touched the mirror.
