   Summary

   this is part of a much longer story I'm working on, for context: JD becomes obsessed with Veronica after meeting her once in school, and falls in love with her after years of isolation from others due to father's abuse and mother's emotional reliance on him before her eventual suicide when JD is 9 years old. JD eventually kidnaps Veronica and initially treats her kindly, but after she escapes, she lies to authorities about the severity of her treatment while kidnapped due to her anger and an urge to keep him from getting off too easy and trying again. therefore, JD is falsely charged as a sex offender on top of kidnapping. o k a y long summary over now into the story
