   Summary

   Anthony, better known to the public as Angel Dust, gets arrested for a crime he didn't commit. The issue? The one who did commit the crime was his boss, Valentino. Now that Angel has been arrested for it, he has no choice but to confess to get Valentino off the hook.

   Unfortunately for Valentino the Police Department Angel was taken to was the strangest one around.
