Summary
Marceline sighed. She had only left him for a few hours to get more groceries; the refrigerator was almost empty, and Simon needed to eat to keep his strength. Marceline could quickly grab a few items to make soup, then return home. He had been sleeping when she left him. Surely, Simon would still be asleep when she got back. She wouldn't have left if she knew he’d go into labor when she was gone.
AKA: Simon goes into labor, leaves a note for Marceline, and disappears. Marceline must go hunting for a pregnant Simon about to give birth to Golbetty's baby.
