Summary
Jon got Martin away from the Lonely, but that didn't entirely "save" him. While hiding at the cabin, Jon does whatever he can to help Martin and take care of him... but it's hard to know what to do, or avoid doing too much. Martin isn't sure if he'll be alright, he just knows he needs to be here. In little ways, they help each other, and help themselves. (mentions the other characters, but only Basira is really featured)

(the boys have been through some TRAUMA, and it takes a while to recover. This gives them some breathing-room between getting out of the Lonely, and before the Eye Apocalypse happens. It is also me doing a bit of a character study, working out how they have changed, what stays the same, and why some stuff goes unsaid. Although it is difficult, Jon is trying to be the one who is the care-giver for once, but he still needs help himself)
