Summary
Flipping up his hood, Izuku crawled out his window. When he was in this outfit he was no longer Izuku, but the vigilante known as Specter. It was a night that his two biggest secrets come to life, one, he was a vigilante, and two, he had a quirk; he could turn intangible at will, hence the name Specter.
Of course, neither was his biggest kept secret; that honor belonged to another of his hidden traits. Izuku was deaf; only his mother and Mei knew this. Not that there was much of a chance for people to find out when his mother didn’t let him leave the house. He guessed that was another of his secrets; his mother was neglectful at best, abusive at worst.
Izuku’s entire life was secrets, and as he was about to learn, one slip of the tongue could ruin everything …

AKA, Izuku is deaf and not allowed to leave the house so he goes out during the night as a vigilante. He also has a ghost-like quirk because I felt like it.
