ATEEZ were no strangers to alcohol, obviously. Whether it's a good time or a bad time, they usually spend it or celebrate it with alcohol – soju, to be exact. The company has been receiving feedback and opinions from the fans that they would like to see ATEEZ on a drinking show or just make their own drinking content or live.
After the thorough discussion with the members and company, they've decided to go with it. Also, they thought, 'What's the worst that could happen with them filming drinking content?'
The first three members that were thrilled with the news were Yunho, Wooyoung and Jongho. They thought it'd be great and fun to show their different sides to the fans, even though Jongho said there probably won't be many differences, as they know how the members are when they drink.
On the other hand, Seonghwa wasn't confident with himself, as he knows that he's a lightweight with San. His J is starting to work as he's thinking that he should drink only three glasses since that's considered average.
Wooyoung, being his (lovingly) annoying boyfriend, told him that drinking just three isn't fun. Hongjoong, being the caring boyfriend, told him that it's slightly not fun, but his health matters the most. So now, Seonghwa is torn apart and in a dilemma – his ego is sort of being played with, yet he's worried about himself too.
And that's how he ended up with four – no… was it five or six glasses with Hongjoong glancing at him every once in a while, wondering if he's doing okay or not. Wooyoung, being Wooyoung, keeps encouraging his boyfriend to drink more, saying three glasses weren't much and they were filming in a fun mood.
With Yeosang and San pouring the soju for him, he found himself a bit dizzy but just thirty minutes more. He's sort of proud of himself for holding on for a couple of hours under the influence of soju for the sake of filming. He doesn't forget to take a few sips of the stew to balance the taste of soju.
As soon as they were done with the filming, they helped in cleaning up, bowing and thanking the staff, and telling everyone to get home safely. Seonghwa was the last one to leave the place, as he was still sitting in his spot, looking down at his soju glass, wondering how many in total he drank today. He stares at the glass for a few minutes before he hears his name being called.
"Seonghwa-yah!"
He lifts his head to see Hongjoong making his way towards him. Seonghwa just stares at the man; his ears and face are red as his mind is filled with how handsome the man is, how beautiful he looks. Just basically, him being whipped. His cheeks were already red from drinking, but seeing attractive Hongjoong walking towards him made his cheeks even redder.
"What are you still doing here? Everyone's ready to go home," Hongjoong said as he held Seonghwa's left hand in his right one while looking at the male, flashing his smile before leaning in to press a soft kiss on his cheek.
Seonghwa was just staring at the captain, eyes blinking; half confused and half flattered. He parted his lips as he glanced at Hongjoong's lips – pretty. So, so pretty. And it seems like Hongjoong knows what the male is thinking about; he chuckles as he shakes his head.
"You're so drunk right now. I'll kiss you when you're a bit sober," he said before laughing softly at the moment Seonghwa purses his lips to form a pout. Hongjoong pokes his pouty lips with his index finger before leading him out of the place, hand in hand.
When they got in their van, Wooyoung had already reserved two seats for his boyfriend, with Seonghwa sitting in the middle, sandwiched between Hongjoong and Wooyoung. Seonghwa, who was too drunk, doesn't care about how touchy Wooyoung is and how chatty Hongjoong is right now. All he knows is that he wants his bed and his boyfriends.

"Hyung, wake up. Hwa hyung!" Wooyoung exclaims as he pats Seonghwa's shoulder gently since the male has fallen asleep with his head resting on the younger's shoulder. With Seonghwa snoring softly, eyes closed tightly even with Wooyoung still patting and shaking him, he knows that the older has slipped into his 'do not disturb' phase, which definitely makes it hard for someone to wake him up. Hongjoong, who was witnessing the scene, could only just giggle, as Wooyoung was half frustrated and half loving it since Seonghwa is cute right now even though he's just sleeping.
In the end, the manager brought Seonghwa back to the shared apartment of Hongjoong, Wooyoung and Jongho. The maknae just shakes his head at the sight of the oldest member being carried inside by the manager.
Hongjoong told the manager to bring Seonghwa to his room, and the manager placed the oldest member down on the bed gently with the help of Hongjoong. The manager reminded him to make sure to have the hangover soup in the morning, as the male might get a bad headache. Hongjoong reminded Wooyoung as well, and they thanked the manager while bidding goodbye.
As Jongho went to the bathroom to shower, both Hongjoong and Wooyoung went back to the room to check on Seonghwa, just to find the male sitting up on the bed while holding his own hands. Hongjoong cursed lowly under his breath as he was shocked, which made Wooyoung laugh softly. They sit next to Seonghwa with Hongjoong on the right and Wooyoung on the left.
"Hwa-yah, are you awake?"
Hongjoong asks as he looks at the male and is about to fix his hair when Seonghwa whines to avoid his touch. Wooyoung was shocked at the elder's action before he looked at Hongjoong, who looked kind of offended.
"Hyung, that's Joongie hyung," Wooyoung said as he stroked Seonghwa's back soothingly before the male looked at him. Wooyoung flashes a smile as he holds his laughter back when Seonghwa looks at Hongjoong now, who seems to be admiring them.
"You two… are so handsome, but! I have boyfriends~" Seonghwa speaks out of the blue while smiling in a drunk manner before he giggles softly to himself. His cheeks were really red as they were starting to heat up slowly. Hongjoong's lips parted as he was stunned, but Wooyoung was covering his mouth with his hand, finding the situation hilarious.
They drank and got drunk before, yes, but it was never to this extent. They've never seen Seonghwa being like this, whether he's drunk or sleepy or just out of it – never. So to be seeing this right now is just odd for the two of them. Well, for Wooyoung, he's just enjoying it because he finds it funny and cute. Meanwhile, Hongjoong was just so stunned.
Both of them thought it was over, but no. Seonghwa keeps looking at them with the silly yet cute smile, and Wooyoung is squealing lowly, but Hongjoong is still trying to figure out if his boyfriend is drunk or not. So he extends his right hand to place it on Seonghwa's left cheek, his eyes widening at how hot the male's cheek is before he cups both cheeks in his hands gently, automatically making Seonghwa look directly at him. The oldest member flashes a cheeky grin at Hongjoong, to which Wooyoung giggles at the sight.
"Hyung, stop being so cute."
Wooyoung said as he huffed out while resting his head on Hongjoong's shoulder, who was rubbing Seonghwa's cheeks gently. Seonghwa closes his eyes upon Hongjoong's actions, finding it so comfortable that it's lulling him to sleep. With Seonghwa's eyes closed, both Hongjoong and Wooyoung thought it'd be best to lay the male down and let him have his rest, but that plan failed when Seonghwa started to blabber things that they were unable to catch. Hongjoong leans in closer to Seonghwa, telling the male that they can't hear him before Seonghwa exclaims out suddenly.
"You guys! I… Mhm. You don't know me… me!"
"Oh gosh… This is a new side of him. You're so wasted, Hwa…" Hongjoong said as he shook his head before they just laid him down on the bed slowly even though he was still mumbling some incoherent words. Wooyoung could only giggle out as he found it so funny before he lay down next to Seonghwa. Hongjoong lies at Seonghwa's right side, meanwhile Wooyoung is at the left side.
After a few minutes, Seonghwa was back to being silent before he mumbled, "I love you" to both Hongjoong and Wooyoung. Hongjoong giggles as he presses soft kisses against the male's forehead, with Wooyoung draping his left arm around Seonghwa's waist as he turns around to get a better look at both the male and Hongjoong.
Seonghwa starts to snore softly while his right hand is holding Hongjoong's left one and his left hand is holding Wooyoung's left arm. The corners of Hongjoong's lips twitched upwards into a wide smile as he stroked the male's knuckles with his thumb soothingly while Wooyoung pressed soft kisses against Seonghwa's cheek lovingly. The oldest member whines lowly at the moment he feels both Hongjoong's and Wooyoung's lips on his skin, which makes them chuckle lowly.
"I… lㅡlove you… both so much. My babies…"
Wooyoung purses his lips to form a pout as he's touched by his boyfriend's words, and Hongjoong strokes the younger's head affectionately. They responded with how much they love Seonghwa as well before Wooyoung leaned in to peck Hongjoong's lips and then Seonghwa's lips. The younger laid back down properly in his spot as he smiled cheekily, with Hongjoong extending his right hand to boop Wooyoung's nose before sitting up for a while to peck Seonghwa's lips softly, then did the same to Wooyoung's lips, which made the younger blush in embarrassment.
"Goodnight, Hwa hyung and Joongie hyung."
"Goodnight, my beautiful and precious babies."
Seonghwa hums before he snores softly again, which had both Hongjoong and Wooyoung laugh out softly as they couldn't hold back this time. Seeing Seonghwa this knocked out and wasted is definitely something new to them. And Hongjoong just knows that Wooyoung won't let it die and will probably tease their boyfriend later in the morning. Wooyoung just feels so contented to be in the same space as his lovers, witnessing the funny situation, but it's something precious to him. And yes, he'll definitely tease Seonghwa in the morning when the older is absolutely sober.
