Summary
Three years ago, Japan was overthrown by Katsuhito Masaru, a dictator who displays psychic powers and calls himself "Divine Emperor". His oppressive regime, currently at war with its neighbours, has sought to recruit or eliminate all espers. Mob, possibly the most powerful esper alive, has been running ever since, kept safe by everyone's favourite lovable conman Reigen.
