   You move to the small town knowns as Pelican Town to get away from your abusive father. You move in with your mother who had now lived there for 8 years. Your mother had promised you a safe place. A new beginning.

   All seemed right at first, other than that one villager, Shane. Though, you just chopped it up to him being an asshole.
   But it went far deeper than that.

   Shane is descending into madness after the death of his goddaughter, Jas. The death was all his fault. He should have kept a better eye on her. He shouldn't have let her go near the tracks.
   He shouldn't have watched.
