Planing To Scare People

Summary:

Izuku has plans, well… he is in the process of making them, but he sure as hell wants to do things that are unnecessary over the top.

No one is stopping him?

Or:
Izuku is making plans to bully the hero course in the exam and Nedzu terrifies his slaves- ,no no, co- workers.

Oh, and Aizawa scares his class.

[*this work is part of a series*]

Notes:

Wow, New part!

I want to explain a second thing:

This is pre written but not pre edited. I have no beta and I am quite busy but I will try to post weakly or every fortnight.

Hope you enjoy!

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

Izuku’s mind was buzzing with ideas for the exam in the car that was taking him home. Nedzu had answered all his questions and, even though he wasn’t supposed to, told him ways to overlook some loopholes that he asked about.

There was one specific thing both Nedzu was Izuku had in common.

They both craved chaos.

Izuku was given the day to plan and to get his things in order. He was leaving Shiketsu Academy and going to his dream school. This was something to marvel at. Not just the opportunity, but also the fact that he could completely traumatise Kacchan.

One of the 1st questions he asked was the names of the hero course students. He was not only given the names, he was given the their files. That was some useful info.

As the car came to a stop, the guy driving got out and went to the boot of the car to grab the things that izuku had got. Blueprints and notebooks!

The second question Izuku asked was the layout of the school and testing grounds. This may have been unexpected but it was needed.

Besides, he had 2 months to prepare at the school and he needed the layout of the vents. He couldn’t just walk around, that wouldn’t be any fun.

The driver had gotten the substantial amount of things from the boot and walked with Izuku toward the his house. Izuku unlocked the door and the driver put the things on the floor and left Izuku to his chaos planing.

He started to look through the blueprints and memorised them. The blueprints were from a point of view that you can see the vets from above, you couldn’t see how to get into them. After a while, he could guess how to get in and out. There were a lot of secret entrances and the vents twisted at times that Izuku was sure Nedzu could easily make a rollercoaster in them.

After a while, he stated to look through the student files. He needed to know who he may be working with and how to make there quirk stronger.

He didn’t want to read all of the files, he still didn’t know who would be in his team. People didn’t just give their grade to someone and besides, the hero course would want to pick the hero team. Unless they either hated the hero team leader or just didn’t want to be in the team. Either way, Izuku could probably destroy them from the inside out.

This was going to be fun.

At UA, Nedzu had gotten back to the school and was in a meeting with the teachers.

“What is this about again?”, Aizawa said in an annoyed tone.

“Well, I have a few announcements!”, Nedzu piped up with that mischievous glint in his eyes.

“Well, do say!”, Midnight squeaked with interest.

“To start, we now have a villain team leader!”, Nedzu announced.

“Really! Who? I thought we were having trouble?”, Yamada responded with a slight look of surprise.

“Yes! The thing is that he isn’t from the school.”, Nedzu said as the room went into uproar.

“What.”, Aizawa said sharply.

“Is that allowed?”, Yagi said with a shocked look.

“Yes, it is allowed. After all, there are two things that are significant about him.”, Nedzu replied.

“Well, do enlightened us.”, Aizawa said with a sigh.

“First thing, he is transferring to the hero course after this. You could consider this as a test for him.”, Nedzu stated as Aizawa yell something.

“I am NOT dealing with another problem child!”, Aizawa yelled as he activated his quirk.

“Now, now Aizawa. Can I finish explaining before you make your assumptions about the boy being your next problem child.”, Nedzu said flatly. Aizawa sat down bed Nedzu continued.

“The second thing is actually good!”, Nedzu’s eyes gleamed while saying it, “He will be my personal student so you don’t have to deal with him for a lot of your lessons!”

Everyone’s eyes widened in fear. That was NOT good. A mini Nedzu. How was that good news? This could only end 2 ways.

-First, the boy would be an ok person and maybe even a great friend to some of the students.
-The second way is that the boy would end up becoming an actual mini Nedzu and want to dominate the world with smoke, fire and chaos.

“Y- you have a person student”, snipe said as he clutched the chair like a life line.

“I do! He is quite intelligent and can, one day, match my intellect! He will be a fine asset to the school and hero course!”

Oh, ok. So the second option.

“So, who exactly is this mini Nedzu?”, Aizawa deadpanned.

“Ah! His name is Izuku Midoriya. He goes to Shiketsu Academy in the general studies course.”, Nedzu answered.

Yagi’s eyes widened. He knew that name, but from where..

Oh… That was the name of the kid he left in the rooftop. After the incident, Yagi regretted what he had done, to some extent. He didn’t believe the boy could be a hero but he felt guilty about leaving him on that roof. He tried to find the boy but to no avail. He only hoped that the boy wasn’t a complete terror to society.

Oh how wrong he was.

Aizawa was dreading having to tell his class about this, he knew they would ask so many questions that he didn’t want to answer any of them. He walked into the class and they hushed at once, glad they are learning.

“Hello Aizawa- sensai!”, Iida has said as he coped his hands through the air. How was he so different than his brother? His brother was so much calmer.

“Good morning, hell spawn.”, Aizawa said as he stepped up towards the podium.

“Good morning Aizawa- sensei.”, was chimed through the class room in several times of boredom, enthusiasm and everything in between.

“There is something we need to tell you all about your end of year test.”

“I thought we already knew about it, a huge mach of hero’s vs villains. Right?”, Mina Ashido said as she raised her hand.

“Yes, there is a booklet on your deals with the information about it. Some of the things have changed”, Aizawa said as he got out his sleep from… god knows where and got in, “Don’t disturb me.”

“Well, let’s start, we need all the info we can get!”, Iida said as he chopped through the air. The class groaned and flipped open the booklet as they began to read.

[UA’s Midterm Assignment:]

[Outline:]

•The exam will be a huge hero vs villains game, the exact exercise that was your first foundational heroics test.

•This implies that both hero classes 1A and 1B will be able to choose their teams. It does not matter the number of people on each team, but everybody must choose a side. There will be a leader on both teams that will be chosen by the teachers.

•You have two months to prepare with your team leaders. After those two months are up, you will be placed into the field for a week. You will have to complete all of your set objectives in that time.

•You will have all of the food and supplies you need to survive. If someone is gravely injured they are allowed to leave the exercise.

[Updated Rules:]

- You can’t enter the field before the exercise and can’t leave once you enter.
- You can’t tamper with the fake city or any of the technology.
- You can not kill or fatally injured anyone, no matter your team.
- You can’t blow up anything in the area that there seems to be a person. If there is no one there, you may blow said place up.
- You can’t enter or spy on private areas, such as toilets or changing rooms.
- If you see someone cheating in anyway, report it to the computer meconium from your bases.
- If you ‘die’ you will be collected by a hero.

The leaders have been decided and will now be sated here:

[Hero Leader:]

Name: Bakugo Katsuki

[Villain Leader:]

Name: Midoriya Izuku

•Please ask your teacher any questions you may have•

Out of the 19 students in that class, three of those faces went pail when they read the name of the villain leader.

Midoriya Izuku, or as he is known online…

Dekiru, the Analyst.

Notes:

Some random thing I thought about:

After Nedzu found Izuku:

Nedzu: I want 10 of these little green Beens.

All of the teachers: Please no, we won’t survive.

Nedzu: Bold of you all to assume I care.
