   Summary

   Brett would stand by Reagan’s side through anything, after all, she was his favorite person. Maybe he did like her as more than a friend but he knew she only felt that way about Ron. It’s okay though, it was enough to see her happy.

   Or at least that was what he told himself to cope with the knowledge that in another life he could’ve had a happy family with his best friend that he’s secretly in love with.
