Summary
Himiko said she would be gone for two whole days before she waltzed out the door wearing Izuku’s skin. Two whole days left alone in a custom cell with nothing but his overactive thoughts and paralyzing fear.
He thought surely this situation wasn’t really happening, at least not to him. Maybe this is a really cruel prank by Kacchan, and soon the door would open and they'd all laugh and feel silly for being worried at all.
It took about thirty minutes for that hope to die out.

Himiko has been watching Izuku train hard for the UA entrance exam. She's seen how he keeps hurting by pushing himself to his limits, getting bloodied and bruised trying to reach his dreams. She knows exactly how that feels, and insists they'd be so perfect together.
Izuku would be more inclined to agree had she not kidnapped him. But maybe she's onto something...
