“What do you mean by I am fired?” The sleep deprived man asks, looking at the white furred animal in a suit. Not getting why he has to be there instead of sleeping and pretending to teach his class.
Nezu glares with his beady eyes as he responds. “Just that you are fired, no longer on the staff, not part of the UA team. No longer one of us. You are getting transitioned out of your current role. You're getting the bum's rush. I am axing your role as a teacher. You are being discharged from UA.”
“Why thou?” The man's face shows he clearly does not know why.
Nezu looks at him, stunned for a moment. “Are you joking? The media backlash alone is enough reason to fire you, and then there are the numerous lawsuits because of you.”
“What are you talking about?”
“The Pandora’s box you opened while abusing the power. That I now know I should never have given you said power. Not only did you cause All Might to quit. Remove that smile. He than went on TV and called you and the school out, in such a way that you were dragged into the light since he said both your real name and hero name. To make matters worse, MEXT and the HPSC are now looking closer at us, and looking into every former student of yours, seeing how many have taken their own lives or have become villains because of your expelling them in the first month at UA. Oh, the charges piling up just from that alone.”
Aizawa blinks before saying. “You're firing me because of what that buffoon camera hog said because I got rid of a reckless child?”
“Who only had his quirk for a month, if you read the files as I told you to.”
“Pointless to read them befo-”
“You will be quiet while I am talking.” Nezu glares down at Aizawa, and once the man shrinks back, the quirked animal speaks back up, for some reason, Nezu seeming to be as large as All Might. “Better, the mere fact you don’t read them before is part of the issue here, the boy only had his quirk for a month, a rare late bloomer due to the stockpiling nature of his quirk. You were expecting him to do what in a month to catch up to what even a legacy student would not be able to in that time. For someone who is all about logic, you are being illogical. Now you have one hour to empty your desk and get out.”

Midnight glares at Aizawa. The woman making sure her hands are tightly holding onto some files so she does not attack Aizawa.
“What is wrong, Nem?”
“You don’t get to call me that, Aizawa. You turned my word to mud. I got you this job, and you ruined it with how you have been acting. Now, hurry up and leave before I make you leave.” She walks away from the slack jawed man, who notices everyone, even Present Mic turn their backs to him.
“I did nothing wrong. Why is everyone acting like this?

“I hope that was a good start?” The mouse, dog, or bear asks the mad woman.
“It was, but my son is still not coming back. All Might has set something up with David Shield on I-Island.”
“I am aware, and for any needed testing, you can use UA as you wish on this new path for your son to become a hero.”
“We shall see.” Inko leaves the office of Nezu.
