Haru: Um, I called everyone together because there was something worrying me. Did you all target the principal?
(A question mark and an exclamation point appear above the Phantom Thieves' heads).
Ryuji: Well…
(He turns to Joker, who nods).
Ryuji: Yeah. How’d you find out?
Haru: (Dejected sprite) So it’s true…
Morgana: That’s right. But we didn’t do it out of revenge.
Makoto: Please, let us explain.
Haru: It’s okay, Mako-chan. To be honest, I’m more confused than surprised or angry. Why didn’t you kill your other targets, like Madarame or even my father?
Morgana: That’s a good question. As Phantom Thieves, we vow to never kill our enemies, even if they’re scum of the Earth. However…
Ann: Principal Kobayakawa was different. Kamoshida was the one abusing his students, but he knew about it and allowed it to happen.
Ryuji: Yeah. As far as we were concerned, they were both shitty adults.
Yusuke: Evil though he was, Kamoshida was merely a tree and Kobayakawa his root.
Haru: I see…

Morgana: Yeah, we all know this is a lot to take in. By no means do you have to stay with the Phantom Thieves.
Haru: Thank you both, but it’s okay. I admit that I was surprised in the beginning, especially since I thought all of your targets were resolved without violence. But this isn’t a dealbreaker for me. I don’t believe you killed my father, so I’d like to stay with the Phantom Thieves if you would have me.
Ryuji: Wait, uh—really?
Ann: She reacted to this a lot better than I thought she would…
Futaba: I mean, that giant axe of hers is kinda telltale.
Makoto: I-I guess, but still…
Yusuke: Are you certain you’re okay with this?
Haru: Mhm. It’s actually a bit of exciting. *Giggle*

Makoto: (Dejected sprite) Come on…

Futaba: Welp, welcome to the team, Haru!
Ann: Wasn’t she already a member, though?
Yusuke: True, but it was a bit touch-and-go for a few moments there.
Haru: *Giggle* Thank you, everyone.
Haru: Hmm…
Joker's dialogue options:

Ryuji: Dude, shut up! It’s not like we LOOK for assholes to stiff!
Haru: …I suppose so.

Makoto: S-Surely you’re not suggesting…
Haru: Now that I understand killing is accepted to an extent in the Phantom Thieves, I propose that we take care of my fiancé next. I’m…sure you all remember him.
Yusuke: Yes. It’s hard to forget such an unpleasant individual.
Makoto: I don’t mean to sound insensitive but with your father gone, can’t you end the engagement yourself?
Haru: Yes, and I plan on doing so as soon as we clear our names. However, even if he does leave me alone after that, there’s no guarantee he wouldn’t pursue another person and be just as awful to them as he was to me. As someone who has experienced his advances first-hand, I would never forgive myself if I allowed him to treat any other girl the same way.
Ann: Haru…
Futaba: I can’t decide if this is really sweet or really disturbing!
Haru: Heehee. What do you all think?

Ann: (Dejected sprite) I know we call him Joker, but this is taking it too far…
Yusuke: (Normal sprite) He never ceases to surprise us.
Makoto: (Dejected sprite) Th-that’s really not how I’d describe her behavior…
Futaba: (Shocked sprite) Wow! Who knew the leader of the Phantom Thieves was a closet sadist?
Haru: *Giggle* You’re all so lively. At any rate, I shouldn’t expect you to make a decision today. Why don’t we sleep on it?
Joker's dialogue options:

Joker: Ugh, sound like Morgana…
Morgana: (Angry sprite) And what’s that supposed to mean?!
Ryuji: Welp, we all better get moving before we miss our trains. Night, guys!
Ann: Yeah. Goodnight, everyone.
Yusuke: Until tomorrow.
Makoto: We should have our answer by then, Haru.
Haru: Thank you very much. Sleep well, everyone!
