When Byleth thinks about it, the situation kind of makes sense. Their mighty king of lions is remarkably similar to a feral cat – cantankerous and murderous, with matted fur and a frightening eagerness to draw blood. Though, at least some stray cats are willing to accept food. Their ‘king’ won’t even let them feed him.
Through means no one understands, Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd, rightful king of Faerghus and royal pain in the ass, has been turned into a cat. Considering the plans to take the Great Bridge of Myrddin by the end of the month, this transformation has come at a bad time.
Byleth is tasked with caring for Dimitri, but he will not let his newfound feline form stop him from taking his revenge on anyone and everything. The two must learn to work together to make the time bearable until he can be transformed back – and maybe, just maybe, Dimitri can learn how to live again.
