(Over in Gotham Mark's over at Crow Head Quarters looking over something as someone rushes in to see him. As he walks in he looks around the person he's looking for. Over the last several weeks this one
person has been looking into the murders that Roman Bridger had been doing in order to lure Sidney out of hiding which got her to meet Mark Kincaid the more he looked into those murders the more he learned
who was helping Roman torment Sidney and after learning who it was he took the next flight out to Gotham to talk to the one person who could finally get Kincaid out of Sidney's life so which lands him in Gotham
at Crow Head Quarters hoping to talk to Mark Buchanan as he's standing there he looks around for him but when he can't find him he goes to walk out until an agent walks up to him.)
Sophie: Can i help you?
(He looks at her and then looks off.)
Man: No.
(He turns to walk out but Sophie looks at him weird and then looks over at Mark whose still looking something over on his computer.)
Sophie: Are you here to see someone?
Man: Yes i am. But i can't seem to find him.
Sophie: Who you looking for?
Man: Mark Buchanan!
(Sophie looks at him and then over at the man at the computer.)
Sophie: He's over there.
(He looks over at him and then to Sophie.)
Man: Oh. Well it looks like he's a little busy so I'll go.
Sophie: Is it important?
Man: Very.
Sophie: Okay. Well let me go and get him.
(He nods his head at her as she walks off to go and get Mark whose looking at a case file as Sophie walks up to him as she gets there she sees the case he's looking at and gets upset for him.)
Sophie: Circe Sionis!
(He looks up at her and laughs as he puts the computer down and looks at her.)
Mark: Yeah. It's nothing important. What's up?
Sophie: There's someone here to see you.
Mark: Who?
Sophie: He didn't give a name but he's standing over there.
(Mark looks behind her but doesn't see anyone.)
Mark: Soph there's no one there.
Sophie: What?
(She turns and looks at the doorway.)
Sophie: Mark he was there.
Mark: Maybe he left. I'm sure it wasn't that important.
Sophie: He said it was.
(He looks at her and then stands up to look at the doorway again.)
Mark: He didn't give you a name or anything?
Sophie: No all he said was that he needed to talk to you and that it was important.
Mark: Huh. I'll go see if i can't find him.
Sophie: Okay.
Mark: Maybe he'll help me stop this fucken wedding between Sidney and Kincaid.
(She smiles at him.)
Mark: What?
Sophie: You really don't like him?
Mark: Of course not. The man's a prick who doesn't deserve her. Hell Billy and Derek never deserved her.
Sophie: And who did? You.
Mark: No more like Randy.
(Then he walks off as she stands there not sure of what to say to him.)
Sophie: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Sophie: You don't trust him do you?
Mark: He's making her get married in the town she swore she'd never go back to.
Sophie: That's where their having the wedding?
Mark: Yup.
Sophie: Wow what an ass he is.
Mark: How would you of felt if Tyler had made you get married in a town you never wanted to step into again?
(She looks at him and then nods her head at him.)
Sophie: Point taken.
Mark: I thought so.
Sophie: But you realize we never actually got married.
Mark: I know. Kate's a lucky woman.
Sophie: I like to think it goes both ways.
Mark: Anyway. I'm gonna go find this person.
Sophie: Okay.
(He turns and walks off as Sophie stands there not sure of what to do.)
Meanwhile.
(Out in the hallway Mark's walking up to the coffee machine to get himself some coffee as someone walks up to him.)
Man: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
(He turns to see who it is and laughs off the shock.)
Mark: Stu Mocker!
(He smiles at him as he walks over to him and leans against the machine.)
Mark: What's going on?
Stu: There's something you need to know.
(He looks at him confused.)
Mark: What could I possibly need to know?
Stu: Let's just say it could end this guys relationship with a woman you've been wanting to be with since well the 90's.
(Mark looks at him confused.)
Mark: What?
Stu: It's about Sidney.
(That gets Mark's attention and he looks at him fully.)
Mark: What about Sidney? She's made up her mind she's gonna marry the prick weather we like it or not.
Stu: Yeah and what if I told you there was something could very well stop that wedding.
Mark: It's in two days Stu.
Stu: I know that.
Mark: So what could help break up a farce of a wedding?
Stu: How about her fiancé being the one who helped Roman Bridger torment her?
(Mark looks at him and then looks off trying to keep from laughing.)
Mark: I fucken knew it.
(Stu looks at him and then looks off. As Mark looks at him.)
Mark: Does she know?
Stu: No.
Mark: Why the hell not?
Stu: I go to her with this she'll just think I'm only making it up.
Mark: And why would she think that?
Stu: I'm not really her fiance's biggest fan.
Mark: Well you did try to kill her.
Stu: I did and I'm trying to make up for it.
Mark: By looking into who was helping Roman torment Sidney?
Stu: Yes.
Mark: Okay. Does Dewey know this?
Stu: No.
Mark: Oh come on.
Stu: I try and tell him he's gonna think I'm full of shit. And before you ask no not even Tatum knows.
Mark: Stu!
Stu: She's Sid's bestfriend. I tell her she'll just wanna kill him.
Mark: I wanna kill him. Hell if Randy was still alive or even if Billy was still alive and found out about this. They'd wanna kill him.
Stu: I know that.
Mark: You'd think you would gone to your girlfriend or to Dewey.
Stu: I thought about it. But then it all comes back to me trying to kill Sid.
Mark: Dude your lucky you even survived that night and lived to see a trail.
Stu: I know. But Billy didn't and his mother tried to get revenge on everyone involved including me.
(Mark looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)
Mark: What the hell can i do?
Stu: Take a look at this and then see if you really believe me.
(He hands Mark the flash drive as he's looking at it he looks off annoyed.)
Mark: Everything is on here?
Stu: All of it.
Mark: Are right. I'll look it over.
Stu: Okay.
Mark: Thanks man.
Stu: Anytime.
(Then he turns and walks off as Mark looks at the flash drive and then walks off towards their command center to go look it over as he gets there he walks in and heads for his computer as he gets to it he opens it
then plugs the flash drive in once it's plugged in he sits down then starts going through it hoping to find what Stu had told him on it. Over the next two to four hours Mark looks through everything that Stu had
found out about the murders involving all of the Stab 3 cast as he looks through it all he becomes more and more annoyed by the second and until he finally finishes and grabs out the flash drive. Once he has it he
closes the computer then grabs up his coat and rushes out of their command center as he walks out he calls someone.)
Mark: Yeah hey.
Man: Hey. You are right?
Mark: I need a favor. Meet me in LA.
Man: You got it.
(Then he hangs up with him as he heads home to go and pack.)
Hours later.
(In Los Angeles Mark's standing on the pier as someone walks up to him as he's walking up to Mark's got his eyes on the flash drive.)
Dewey: Mark!
(He turns and looks at him.)
Mark: Hey.
Dewey: Hey. What's going on?
Mark: Yesterday i got a visit from Stu.
(He looks at him and then looks off.)
Dewey: What he want?
Mark: He told me there was away i could stop Sidney's farce of a wedding to Kincaid.
Dewey: Mark!
Mark: Dewey i don't trust him. I didn't the day we met him and i still don't. Hell Dewey even before we found out that Jill was the killer. She didn't even trust the bastard.
Dewey: True. Mark there are still a lot of times where me and Gale still don't trust him. But Sidney loves him.
Mark: Oh I'm well aware of that.
(He looks off because he knows that was the wrong thing to say.)
Dewey: I'm sorry. I really am.
Mark: It's fine. Look I know I'm coming off as jealous I know i do. I just don't want to see her get hurt. She's been hurt enough.
Dewey: I know she has.
(Mark looks at him and then looks at the flash drive and goes to throw it into the water until Dewey sees it.)
Dewey: What is that?
(He looks at him.)
Mark: It's what Stu gave me. It has everything on here.
Dewey: What you mean?
Mark: What i mean is that. Kincaid was in on the whole Stab 3 murders.
(Dewey looks at him and then looks off.)
Dewey: What? Why?
Mark: I don't know. Hell if we asked him about it he'd just denie it.
Dewey: Is that on there?
Mark: Yeah. I looked at it before i flew here.
Dewey: Let me see it.
(Mark looks at him and hands him the flash drive once he has it he looks at it.)
Dewey: You got a computer?
Mark: Up in my rental.
(They walk off back towards his car as they get back to it he unlocks it and he opens the trunk to pull his lap top out once it's out he opens it and turns it on as their waiting Mark's phone goes off he grabs it out to
see who it is seeing the number he gets annoyed but answers it anyway.)
Mark: Whatever it is you want Kincaid I'm not giving it too you.
Kincaid: Mark come on.
Mark: In two days you'll be marrying Sidney so stop trying to tell me I can't be around her.
Kincaid: She loves me.
Mark: I know she does. There's no need for you to continue to remind me.
(He looks off annoyed. Then he hears a horn.)
Kincaid: Where the hell are you?
Mark: I'm here in LA.
Kincaid: Why?
Mark: I'm visiting a friend.
(Dewey looks at him trying to keep from laughing.)
Kincaid: What friend?
Mark: No one you know. She's hot too.
(Dewey's really trying hard not to laugh.)
Kincaid: Hey.
Mark: I wasn't talking about Sidney you jealous prick.
(Once the computer is loaded up Dewey plugs the flash drive in and looks at everything Mark looked and sees what Kincaid had been up leading up to Stab 3 murders and how he would meet up with Roman
Bridger's before he started up with own Killing Spree starting with Cotton Wary and his girlfriend as Dewey's looking through everything he starts getting more and more pissed off as he continues to read through
everything.)
Kincaid: Stay the hell away from my fiancé.
Mark: We're friends Kincaid you can't keep us away from each other. Now stop bothering me.
(Then he hangs up with him and looks off annoyed. As he hangs up he looks at Dewey who looks like he wants to kill him.)
Over at the police station.
(Sidney walks into Kincaid's office.)
Sidney: Hey you.
(He looks up at her and smiles.)
Kincaid: Hey. You are right?
Sidney: Yeah. Why wouldn't i be?
Kincaid: You just look lost in thought is all.
Sidney: It's two days before the wedding and I'm just nervous is all.
Kincaid: Okay. You wanna go out for lunch?
Sidney: That's kind of the reason i came here.
Kincaid: Okay. Well let's go.
(She smiles at him as he grabs up his jacket and they leave his office to go out to lunch. As they walk out his partner walks out of his office and looks off annoyed because he knows what both Mark and Dewey now
know is true. And just hopes Sidney doesn't get hurt in progress.)
Wallace: Fuck.
(He closes his office door and gets back to work.)
Back out on the street.
(Mark and Dewey are talking as their talking someone else walks up to them.)
Dewey: I can't keep this from my sister or my wife.
Mark: I'm not saying too.
Dewey: Are right.
Stu: Hey.
(They both turn and look at him.)
Dewey: Hey.
Stu: You show him?
Mark: I did. And given by the look on his face he wants to kill him.
Dewey: You have no idea just how badly i wanna kill him.
Stu: So what you gonna do?
Mark: Well he can't really keep this from Tatum or Gale.
Stu: I know that.
Dewey: God. We need to find out more.
Stu: Okay. How?
(Mark looks at them and realizes something.)
Mark: We could always go and talk to his partner.
Dewey: He'd just cover for him.
Mark: Not if we threaten to take this flash drive to the ADA's office.
Dewey: Know the ADA do ya?
Mark: I might.
(He looks at him and laughs.)
Mark: Not personally. But Wallace and Kincaid don't have to know that.
(They both look at hin and then to each other.)
Dewey: Are right.
Mark: Okay.
(He grabs the flash drive out of the computer and puts it into pocket then closes up his computer as Kincaid and Sidney walk up to them.)
Kincaid: What the hell are you doing here?
Mark: Like i said i came to visit an old friend.
Kincaid: Oh yeah who?
Mark: And why do you wanna know that? I can have other friends then just Sidney and them.
Kincaid: You've never mentioned them.
Mark: I have former bandmates who live in the LA area Kincaid.
Kincaid: Where? I don't see them around.
(Mark gets into his face getting him to back off.)
Mark: I was on my way to go and meet up with him and his wife when i ran into Stu and Dewey here.
(He looks at them and then looks at Sidney.)
Mark: How you been Sid?
Sidney: Good. How about you?
Mark: Oh I'm healing up just fine. Thanks for asking.
Sidney: You're welcome.
Mark: And I'm still sorry about the whole thing with Jill.
Sidney: Thank you.
Mark: You bet. So where you two headed?
Sidney: Lunch.
Mark: Oh well. Have a good lunch. I'll see ya on Saturday.
Sidney: I sure hope so.
Mark: Are right. And I'll even let Tatum punch me if i try anything.
(Sidney laughs at the joke.)
Stu: Why would you want her to hit you?
Mark: Hey at least i said hit and not hot.
(They start laughing then calm down.)
Dewey: Oh will that ever stop being funny.
Mark: Not according to Donnie and Danny.
(He laughs at him as Mark walks to the driver side of the car.)
Mark: I'll see ya Sid.
Sidney: Okay.
(They all get into his car and drive off as they drive off Kincaid looks off annoyed.)
Kincaid: You invited him to the wedding?
Sidney: I didn't. Tatum did. And I'm okay with it.
Kincaid: Well I'm not.
Sidney: Why the hell not? It's not like he's gonna do something to ruin the wedding.
Kincaid: I don't trust him.
Sidney: You don't trust anyone.
(She walks off annoyed with him as he stands there annoyed with himself.)
Kincaid: Sid.
(She keeps walking off with him right behind her.)
Later.
(Over at the police station Mark Dewey and Stu walk into the police station and head off towards Wallace and Kincaid's office as they get there they walk in and Stu closes the door as Mark walks off towards
Wallace's office as he gets there both him and Stu walk into the office as Dewey stands watch as they walk in he looks up at them and he goes to run only to have Mark Grab him and throws him onto his desk.)
Mark: Where you off to Detective Wallace? We just got a couple of questions for ya.
Wallace: Please don't hurt me.
Stu: Answer our questions and we won't.
(Mark looks at him as he stands him up.)
Wallace: Look whatever it is you guys want to know i can't say.
Mark: Can't or won't.
(He looks at him as Mark grabs something out of his pocket and shows it to him.)
Wallace: What is that?
Mark: This is what I'm going to use to break up your partner's enegement.
(He looks at him and then looks off.)
Wallace: Now wait a minute.
Mark: I wonder just how much Sidney is going to still love Kincaid once she learns what is on here.
Wallace: You can't.
Mark: Or better yet.
Wallace: What?
Mark: Either you tell us what we want to hear. Or this goes to the new ADA.
(Wallace looks at him and then to Stu whose looking at him like he wants to kill him.)
Wallace: I I I. No you can't do that.
Mark: Why not? I mean I'm sure it's nothing that could ruin Kincaid's life.
Wallace: Actually what is on there could ruin Kincaid's life and his relationship with Sidney Prescott.
Mark: And just what is on here?
Wallace: Nothing.
Mark: Oh okay. So if i like say plug it into your computer it's not gonna tell us something we are ready know.
Wallace: Look Mark.
Mark: I'm gonna ask you something. And you're gonna be very fucken truthful with me.
Wallace: Okay.
Mark: Was Kincaid in on the murders with Roman Bridger?
(Wallace looks at him as Mark grabs his gun and puts it down next to him.)
Mark: Start talking Detective.
Wallace: Are right are right.
Stu: Was he in on them?
Wallace: Yes he was. He had been trying to track down Sidney Prescott for months leading up to the murders and then one day Roman Bridger showed up here to talk him.
Mark: Okay.
Wallace: And when he showed up he asked to talk to Kincaid. They both sat in here talking Roman saw Prescott's file on Kincaid's desk and asked him if he knew where she was.
Mark: And?
Wallace: He didn't. But then they started talking about how they could get Prescott out of hiding.
Mark: So he used his own fucken movie and cast as away to get her out of hiding?
Wallace: Yes.
Stu: So that day on the set of the movie?
Wallace: Kincaid had gotten Prescott's number out of your friends phone and gave it to him.
(Mark and Stu look at him annoyed as hell.)
Mark: So Kincaid helped Roman torment Sidney?
Wallace: Yes. He thought if he helped him. Then it would help get her in the end.
(Mark looks at him and then to Stu.)
Mark: Wait are you saying?
Wallace: He's been obessed with Sidney Prescott since the Windsor collage murders.
Stu: Oh my god.
Mark: You knew about this. And said nothing to her.
Wallace: I tried. But everytime i tired. He would tell me to leave or he would tell me that he would lie to Sidney and say that it was me who was obessed with her.
(Mark looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)
Mark: Damn it.
Stu: Mark she's supposed to marry this jackass in two days.
Mark: Not if i have anything to do with it.
Wallace: Please Mark don't tell him i told you.
Mark: You know. It's been over ten years since the Stab 3 murder case and you've sat in here day and day out with the son of a bitch as he continued to get close to Sidney. You've had chance after fucken chance to tell her the truth.
Wallace: I know that.
Tatum: So why the hell didn't you?
(They all look over at her and Gale in the doorway.)
Wallace: I. I don't know. I have no excuse for why i did what i did.
Tatum: So because of you my bestfriend is about to marry a man who was helping her half brother torment her?
Wallace: Yes.
Tatum: I can't believe this.
Wallace: I'm sorry.
Tatum: Not as sorry as Mark Kincaid will be.
(Then she turns and storms out of the office.)
Dewey: Tatum!
(He runs off after his sister as Mark looks at Wallace then he turns and walks out of the office pissed off at him.)
A couples of days later.
(It's been a couple of days since Sidney's friends found out the truth about Mark Kincaid and how he had helped Roman Bridger torment Sidney and for the last couple of days they've been trying to tell her but
everytime they get the chance to Kincaid would always walk up to them and tell them not to upset her before the wedding and with each time they continued to try and tell her he would tell them to stop trying to
upset her and one day Mark having enough told him that whatever it is they wanted to tell Sidney was none of his business and that if he knew what was best for him he would back the hell off. And hearing that
Kincaid laughed off the annoyance.)
Kincaid: She's gonna be my wife.
Mark: And we all know she shouldn't even be your fiancé and we all really know she never should of started dating you to began with.
Kincaid: Now wait a damn minute.
Mark: It's been a minute.
(Then he punched him sending Mark over as he went over Stu and Tatum rushed forward and helped Mark up.)
Mark: You gotta watch your temper Kincaid. Or Sidney just might think you're hiding things from her.
(Then they walked off as he turned and looked at Sidney.)
Kincaid: Shit.
(All of this leading up to two days later over in Woodsboro at Sidney's childhood home in the back yard both her and Kincaid are up at the alter saying their vows and the priest is getting ready to announce them
man and wife when Mark runs into the back yard beaten from the beating he had taken just minutes before he had gotten to the house as he gets up to the aisle he looks at them.)
Mark: Stop this wedding right now.
(They all turn and look at him.)
Sidney: Mark!
Mark: Hi.
Tatum: Mark what happened to you?
Mark: This was a parting gift from Kincaid.
(They all look at him and he looks at Sidney.)
Kincaid: I.
Sidney: What's he talking about?
Kincaid: I don't know.
Mark: As i was leaving my hotel room to come here to the wedding two guys walked up to me and started beating on me.
(He looks at him and then to Sidney.)
Sidney: Kincaid!
Kincaid: Sid!
Tatum: Mark!
Mark: Sid there's something you need to know. And i know your wedding isn't the best place to tell you. But it's about time you learned lying jackass your fiance is.
(She looks at him and then to Tatum.)
Sidney: What you talking about?
Mark: I just wanna state to you that. I have been trying to tell you for the last couple of days.
Sidney: Okay.
Mark: But everytime I tried to tell you the truth. He would show up tell me to stay clear of you.
(She looks at him and then to Kincaid who looks off annoyed.)
Sidney: Mark!
Mark: Two days ago i got a visit from Stu in Gotham and he handed me a flash drive with some information on it.
Sidney: Okay.
Mark: Sid you're one of my bestfriends and i know the hell you went through with the murders here and over Windsor collage. And then with the Stab 3 cast murders.
Sidney: Mark!
Mark: Sid he was helping Roman.
(She looks at him and then to the man she about to become married too.)
Kincaid: He's lying.
Mark: No I'm not and i have proof.
(She looks at him.)
Sidney: Mark!
Mark: It's okay if you don't believe me. As much as i hate the man. I didn't wanna believe it at first either. But then i looked what Stu had given me.
Sidney: Okay.
(He looks at her and then plays Kincaid's whole conversation with Roman as she listened to it she looked over at Kincaid who looked off annoyed. Then the tape ends and she looks at him.)
Sidney: You helped Roman torment me?
Kincaid: Sid!
Sidney: I wanna know the truth?
Kincaid: He's lying to you.
(Mark plays another recording getting him to look at him)
On the tape.
Mark: Start talking Detective.
Wallace: Are right are right.
Stu: Was he in on them?
Wallace: Yes he was. He had been trying to track down Sidney Prescott for months leading up to the murders and then one day Roman Bridger showed up here to talk him.
Mark: Okay.

(Mark looks at him and then to Stu.)

(Sidney looks at Kincaid as she walks around Mark and slaps him sending his head to the side.)
Sidney: I can't believe you.
Kincaid: Sid.
Sidney: You helped my brother torment me and for what? All so you could get the fucken girl in the end?
Kincaid: Sidney!
Sidney: I can't believe. This and the fact that you. Shit.
Kincaid: I'm sorry.
Sidney: Sorry you're sorry. You helped my brother torment me Kincaid and you didn't even care.
Kincaid: Yes i did.
Sidney: No you didn't. Because if you did. Then you never would of helped him. Because of you innocent people lost their lives.
(She shoves him back as she takes the ring off and tosses it at him.)
Kincaid: Sid!
Sidney: We're through. And the fact that you had Mark beaten up.
Kincaid: I didn't.
Sidney: Yeah right. After everything I just learned today I can't trust you.
(Then she turned and walked off with Mark and Tatum right behind her. Days after the wedding Sidney closed herself off and remained in hiding until she could feel herself wanting to go back out into public as she
sat up in her house she would get messages from her friends asking how she was doing and hoped she was doing okay. And when she wouldn't answer any of their messages they would stand around talking and
wondering if she's okay. And Mark being who he is didn't wanna force Sidney out of hiding until she was ready.
