In the year 1899, Jack's long wait for the Doctor is shaken up by the arrival of John Hart. John, on the run from a marriage his family has arranged, just might manage to repair his relationship with Jack — if Jack and John can convince the brother of the bride, 51st-century archeologist Ianto Jones, not to drag the runaway groom back home, kicking and shooting.
