“I called you for the job, this is just overtime.” She teases with a laugh, and leans back into his chest when he throws an arm around her shoulders, holding onto her for the rest of the ride, before she whispers to him, “I needed you.”
“You never need me.” He reminds her and she stops stroking his thigh long enough to ponder his words.
