Tsukasa sulked as he sunk into his bed. Rui wasn’t gonna be happy with him.
“I just had to catch a cold? The show is supposed to be in a day, there’s no way i’ll be better by then…!!!” He coughed and sniffled. A bad cold, unfortunately. He doesn’t know how he got it. His immune system is very strong, so how did this happen?!
He was too tired to even remember. Tsukasa closed his eyes as he thought of his fellow unit members. They cant preform without their leader..
He started to get angry with himself.
‘Dammit. If only I was careful, but I just get so excited.’
…
‘Why cant I think before I do things? Tsukasa, you’re just stupid..’
He frowned as he stared at his room’s ceiling. See, when Tsukasa gets sick (which is rare) he ends up being really emotional, more than he normally is.
He is a very confident and strong willed person, but at times like this, he ends up beating himself over things he realized could’ve been avoided.
No one has really seen this Tsukasa besides his family and the other Wxs members.
His doorknob twisted, and in came his little sister Saki.
“Onii-chan, are you feeling better?” She asked as she changed the cloth on his forehead. Tsukasa hesitated, but shook his head.
“Saki, if i’m being serious I feel like crap.” He joked, but ended up having a coughing fit. Saki smiled sadly at him. “Aww… poor onii-chan. But hey, you used to take care of me like this, and now i’m taking care of you!” Saki beamed as she held her big brother’s hands.
Tsukasa could sob, his sister is so precious..
“Saki...!!!!!” He whined as he hugged her. “I want to get out of here and practice for our show! We cant do it if i’m laying pathetically in my bed..” Saki pat her brother on his head. “It’s ok. Im sure they’re gonna understand, so you get some rest ok?”
Tsukasa pouted, but nodded in response. He wouldn’t want all of his little sister’s efforts going to waste.
With that, Saki left and there Tsukasa was alone again in his room.
But not for long!

“Eh? Rui-san?” Saki exclaimed as she looked up to the tall purple haired boy. What’s Rui doing here? Wait.. has she and him actually been properly introduced before? Wow, he’s so tall up close! And cute!
“Hi, Tsukasa-kun’s little sister!” He greeted happily with a grin. “You know my name?”
Saki nodded. “Oh yes, I do!!! You’re Onii-chan’s best friend!”
Rui winced at the word best friend. Oh, I don’t think she knows yet.
“Ah, yes. I wanted to check on him since he did not attend school today. He also was not answering his phone,” Saki looked to see Rui was carrying a bag.
He motioned his arm, “This is just a little gift for him,” He winked at her and she giggled. “Ohh I see~, come in!! He will be happy to see you. He’s actually sick with a cold, so he had to stay home.” Saki explained
“Just as I thought,” Rui mumbled. He knew there wasn’t any way that Tsukasa would just skip school. “Is it bad?” He asked.
Saki shook her head. “Not too bad, onii-chan’s just really emotional, he gets very touchy when he’s sick” She rambled.
“Saki-chan, i’ll be sure to take good care of him for you.” He said, Saki saw such a nice smile on his face.
She’s glad her big brother has such a nice person who cares for him.
“Okay! Thank you Rui-san. You can stay for however long you need to!” Rui thanked her, and headed upstairs.
It was easy to tell which room Tsukasa was staying in, his door had a bright star on it.
He knocked on the door with a cute rhythm to it.

Tsukasa was about to fall asleep when he heard the knock on the door. Was it Saki again? She just came in here though right?
“Saki, my cloth doesn’t need to be changed.” He said as loud as he could before he started to cough again.
Slowly, the door opened. A head peeked it’s way through the door, a sly smile on his face. “My name isn’t Saki,”
“Rui?!!” Tsukasa yelled as he sprung from his bed.
He tried to get up but Rui hurriedly entered the room to sit him back down. “Hey hey, you’re not supposed to be moving!” Rui whispered as if he didn’t want anyone else knowing he’s here.
“What are you doing here? Wait, you’ll get sick if you’re near!” Tsukasa covered his mouth and scooted away from his boyfriend. Rui couldn’t help but laugh, he’s so cute.
“Fufu, I will be fine. I wanted to check on you, and I even brought you some things.” he handed the small gift bag to him. “thanks!” but right now, he didn’t care for the bag.
He was so happy to see Rui. Although, he was so worried of getting him sick, he still wanted to hug him.. they hadn’t seen each other since yesterday morning.
And to Rui and Tsukasa, that one day away from each other is a year
Before Tsukasa could do anything though, Rui shifted down.
“…F-Forgive me,” he said in a hushed voice. Tsukasa looked to him confused, and Rui pulled him into the biggest hug.
Tsukasa yelped at the sudden embrace. His face was hotter than earlier when Saki switched his cloth out.
Rui frowned as he hugged him so tight. It’s quite embarrassing, he lost his composure.
“I missed you so much my love. I worried for you. I tried really hard to get here, i’m glad you just have a mere cold..”
Tsukasa’s eyes watered and his face flushed as he processed what he was hearing. Rui was so worried for him, again. He feels guilty.
“I’m sorry, Rui. I-I was careless and ended up getting sick.. our show…might have to be postponed,” his voice was so shaky when he said this. “Because of my carelessness, you’re worried. Im always the one to…mess us up.”
Rui let go of him and stared deeply into his eyes. “Tsukasa-kun, I don’t care about the show. I’m just so glad you’re fine, it can wait. We will always have the time in the world for our precious leader,”
He wiped the tear that came down from his boyfriend’s cheek.
“Even if I worry for you, it’s normal because I love you. And you also worry for me a lot, we’re even! So… don’t be so hard on yourself.”
This made Tsukasa finally burst into tears. He loves Rui so much.
“Waahhh, Rui, I love you!” He yelled as he buried his face into Rui’s chest. Rui blushed at the contact, and he rubbed the boys back hushing him. “I love you too. You’re the cutest, Tsukasa-kun” Rui giggled as Tsukasa looked up to him with a weird look.
“I’m crying and it’s cute?!” He asked. Rui nodded, and kissed Tsukasa on the forehead.
“Why don’t you get some rest? I’ll be here to talk to you for as long as you want.” Tsukasa was so hot he felt his face was on fire.
“…Can you stay forever?” He mumbled mostly to himself, but Rui caught it and laughed.
“I would love to really. But I cant be here forever, Tsukasa-kun.”
Tsukasa sighed as he laid his head on the boy once again. “Then, stay until I tell you to leave...”
“Tsukasa-kun, if I did that we would be here all night.” Rui jokingly said, but he genuinely wouldn’t mind being here forever.
…
“Tsukasa-kun?” Rui asked as he looked to the boy.
Fast asleep.
Rui smiled and closed his eyes, leaning onto Tsukasa as well.
Yeah, he could stay like this forever.
