   Summary

   The Male Lead was disappointing, to say the least. He wasn't exactly unique, a typical brand protagonist. Really, as much as he enjoyed Jean as a strong Female Lead, her choice in men was less than impressive. If he were Jean, he would have picked Diluc instead. Diluc, who risked his life for her countless times. Who took a sword to the stomach for her. Who lept off a cliff to save her from drowning - really, he was such a perfect knight in shining armor. Why did he simply get cast to the side like that!? It was a crime! "Ahh, my poor Diluc..."

   '...That's what I said so why, instead of becoming Jean, did I end up in this body instead? The body of Kaeya Alberich -'

   Was it because they shared the same name? Because, as the story gave bits and pieces of Kaeya's story, he felt himself relating more to this cannon fodder than the main cast? That he cursed the wasted potential of such a well-built and intricate character? Whatever it was, it didn't matter now. If this world won't let him rehabilitate this character completely, if the story won't move forward if he doesn't play the part, then there's only one thing he can do that can at least keep him alive by the end...

   Hug Diluc's leg with all his desperation!
