   Summary

   A particular kingdom, although it has never suffered from neither plague nor poverty, has one particular scourge over it - a dragon inhabiting a cave in a nearby forest. At least once every season, a young maiden must be sent forth as a sacrifice to the dragon to keep it docile and stop it from attacking villages and trade caravans. This time, the sacrifice happened to be Marinette Dupain-Cheng... And she is rather quick to discover that the dragon in question may not be all that they are made up to be by the village folk...
