   Essek didn’t know what to think of the Mighty Nein when they first arrived, and that didn’t really change as he spent more time with them. They were foolish and impulsive at times, but each of them held a spark of potential. They didn’t deserve to die. With the help of dunamancy, he might just have the chance to change their fates.
