Why-why would momma push him in front of it. Momma loves him. So-so why did she... Blood seeped from her battered form. The chunk of the building impaling her torso. How did she get crushed? The words seemed to echo in his head. She pulled him in front of the building as it collapsed, her hands gripping his shoulders as she forced him to stay still. Telling him not to move and it would be alright. Momma lied. Momma is dead. But how? He should be d-dead. Almost like getting slapped, a painful realisation overcame him. A quirk.
