Summary
Jason's wisdom teeth grew back after the Lazarus Pit. Annoying, but fixable with a quick trip to the oral surgeon.
Running into Bruce and Tim at said oral surgeon's office? Less fixable.
Jason is not mentally prepared for this confrontation. Not now. Not when he tortured the replacement only two months ago. Not when Batman chose Joker instead of him.
Not when they see him in the waiting room and look at him like he's a bomb waiting to explode.But Jason's a lot more honest when he's high.
And Bruce decides he's taking the very-hostile-but-also-very-high Jason back home with him and a very sad-because-he's-confused-by-the-drugs Tim.

Jason Todd never stole Batman’s tires, but when he turned sixteen he did pickpocket Bruce Wayne. Of course Bruce noticed, but he let him get away with it. Curiosity peaked, Batman chased him down only to find him feeding a bunch of street kids.

Summary
After Bruce brutally attacks Jason for killing the Penguin, Superman comes to the rescue and takesthe unconscious body of Red Hood and takes him back to his Fortress of Solitude and nurses him back to health.
Throughout his recovery and even after he's fully recuperated, Clark and Jason start to draw closer together. But tragedy predictably strikes for Jason as he Clark refuses to reciprocate his feelings for him because of his friendship with Bruce.
Heartbroken and distraught, Jason puts on a brave face and decides to leave to sort out his feelings for Clark who he forced to swear to not tell a soul about his whereabouts to Bruce before getting captured by Lex Luthor who somehow found out about his relationship with Clark.
