Galinda blinks. “What?”
“You couldn’t care less what others think. Although…” she tilts her head, letting the silence linger for a beat. “…somehow I doubt that.”
“Oh, you’re just so sure of everything, aren’t you!? You don’t even know me!”
“No, not everything.” Elphaba regards her critically then, trails her eyes all over Galinda’s face and shrugs, “...but I am sure of that.”
Or a Valentine's Day enemies to lovers fic with a twist where the girls meet while on an unplanned group date with other people.
